We were cold and hungry and the Watercress Soup with Watercress Scone absolutely hit the spot. My friend had the Welsh Rarebit and proclaimed it to be the best ever. Very nice, friendly staff and small enough to be cosy without claustrophobia setting in. We...More

It’s a shame that this cafe is off from the direct high street as it is better than most in Alresford! Pot of tea for two and the chocolate Oreo brownie was absolutely delicious, loved the decoration and the menus on the clipboards. Good prices...More

We visited after a walk along the Alre, working up an appetite. It is a little hidden down a walkway, but worth searching out. We had sandwiches and drinks and appreciated the personal service and good food. In a town that has a few tea...More

A stop off at this place is a must every time my husband and I go to Alresford. The cakes are lovely, however my favourite is their wonderful Victoria sponge, so moist and flavoursome, also really love their peppermint tea. We always sit outside in...More

We visited the Courtyard Tea Rooms while enjoying a day out on the Watercress Line, and were impressed with the friendly service and lovely home maid cakes. It is tucked away and easily missed but well worth finding.
