The food was excellent. We all ordered fish, and were very pleased in our choices. The vegetables were cooked properly (crisp). The guitarist had a lovely voice, and played music from the ‘60s and ‘70s. The waiter was very attentive. I would definitely come back...More

We have been enjoying the Mediterranean cuisine at Soleiado for many years. You can count on delicious food and good service. Make sure you make a reservation since the place fills up in the evening.

Four guests give it a score of 4.7. Three of us were very happy with everything. My husband's eggs were a little too runny but everything else was excellent! I loved the French toast and maple syrup with pecans. My sister and her husband had...More

I had a very good gazpacho and caeser salad. These are two of my favorite foods. This place did not disappoint.

I have been to Ixtapa more than 20 times and consider Soleiado my favorite restaurant there....great atmosphere, friendly (and usually good) service, better food than most and very reasonably priced. The garlic snapper, for example, is exceptional.

Portions were very small and the one ravioli with a few shrimp was very disappointing! The waiter never came by to see if we wanted another glass of wine and had to go to the counter to retrieve our beer as it sat there. Talked...More

A couple of years ago you could walk in anytime, now they always ask if you have a reservation. Since we dine at 6pm we can get in without a reservation. If important or more than 2 couples you should make a reservation. We got...More
