Very inexpensive worked out to be about $8 cdn each for coffee, juice, bread, eggs, beans...service was good and very fast.

Finally found the Huachanango (red snapper) that I always have when in Mexico. Had the typical whole deep fried version which was fresh and succulent. Also tried it prepared with adobe (filleted with bone in) which was very tasty. Other enjoyed what they had.
This well established and popular restaurant deserves its good reputation. The food is traditional Mexican style, well presented and fresh. I particularly relish the cold avocado soup. Of course in Ixtapa, fish dishes are wonderful because everything is "catch of the day"
We went to Casa Morelos on recommendation by our travel rep but found the food to be just average - nothing special. The service was good and prices reasonable though.
