This is the French Laundry of Baja. Extraordinary food derived from the very best of local farm to table ingredients. A must visit for serious foodies.

Everyone of your senses will be working over-time when you step onto this property. I don't think I have ever seen or tasted anything quite like it. Where are we Todo, as we sure aren't in Kansas any longer. Maybe we have been blown onto a Movie Set. When you want to have an out of body experience, this is... More

Great healthy lunch amidst the crops that furnished much of our lunchtime fare. Scenic. Tasty. Interesting concept. Highly recommended.

Be sure to make reservations well-ahead of your trip. Take your time and enjoy the details about the place. Walk thru the garden, smell the flowers, pet the dogs, and enjoy a great meal. We had eggplant fries, ceviche, pizza, pork chops, and tuna. Everything was great.

This place is well worth the $25+ cab ride from downtown San Jose del Cabo. It is an entire experience that people recommended we arrive early for. They were right. The grounds are beautiful and charming and there are several little shops that you can cruise through, or even have a glass of wine. All the food is organic and... More

We visited for Sunday brunch. Food was outstanding, especially their flatbreads. Cocktails are all made with fresh ingredients and their Bloody Mary is a work of art. Cocktails are quite expensive ($13+ each) but worth it. Food is more reasonably priced. The owners have a great concept and I recommend it if you are into the farm to table experience.... More

We visited Flora Farms for our first time for lunch. Made reservations online several days in advance. Our taxi driver took us directly there from the airport. A great decision. This place is amazing! The food is fabulous. All fresh and homegrown. Wonderful breads made from a scratch. Relaxing atmosphere and perfect for us to unwind and start our vacation... More

This had been highly recommended before leaving home and was to be the highlight of the journey. The grounds are quite striking and interesting. The food was very ordinary or even a bit less. The journey to get there is fairly long and not particularly scenic. My opinion is that this does quite well for wedding receptions and other grand... More

Description
( Closed Mondays) Floras Field kitchen is about handmade food using our farm fresh ingredients. Our goal is to create a healthy family meal with a sense of place. Our day begins at four in the morning when Jose the baker arrives to fire the wood oven. Working with sourdough cultures and pre ferments he makes loaves of Pain L'ancienne baguette, ciabatta, sourdough, focaccia, whole wheat and herb breads. Chefs, cooks, stewards, the butcher and farm hands begin arriving after first light. Throughout the morning produce comes in to be washed and prepped while the line gets fired up to prepare the first meals- through dinner there is harvesting going hand in hand with cooking. All meats served at Floras Field Kitchen come from our nearby 150-acre ranch where animals are humanely raised on diets that do not include hormones or antibiotics. In the evening, and for Sunday brunches, the wood-burning oven becomes Mamas pizzeria. We make Neapolitan style pizza with fresh mozzarella and dough that is built over time and handled lightly.
