This is a small restaurant just next door to the WorldMark Cora Baja. Convenient, cute and excellent food and service. No beach view but the pool next to the tables and the live music made it a worthwhile stop if you don't want to go all of the way into town. La Salsa's has Mexican and American cuisine so there... Four of us stumbled upon this outdoor restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. Excellent authentic Mexican food. Very tasty. It is small and quiet. Guitar player and his wife serenaded us with songs from the 70s, 80s & 90s.

This restaurant is owned by Sheila from Oregon. She has great staff from Sammy in the kitchen to Rene and his wife looking after the tables. The food is delicious. My family had a variety of entrees including quesadilla, nachos, chicken burger and shrimp tacos. All were prepared perfectly and delivered to our table hot. The majority of the seating... More

Have eaten dinner here a number of times & have consistently enjoyed the best food within close walking distance to the worldmark coral baja resort. Great atmosphere with live music in a mom & pop restaurant. Should mention its cash only though.

Had a lousy meal for 50 bucks for two. The good news is the service was great! This place has gone way down since our last visit. Oh well, nothing lasts forever!

The folks are friendly and the food is good. They definitely cater to the tourists so if that's not your thing, there are plenty of other places for you to try in the area.

Had dinner here with a group of 9 which included two young children. The food was excellent but they seemed a little understaffed. Someone in the group asked for a bottle of water twice and never got it. We also asked for hot sauce more than once and was not brought enough for the whole table. Despite the issues with... More

We had a great evening. The shrimp tacos and tortilla soup were the best we found on our trip to the Baja. The owners, Sheila and Barson treated us very well, and the wait staff was great. Looking forward to visiting this restaurant again.

We loved this boutique restaurant. Food was excellent and priced fairly, comparable to other restaurants in San José del Cabo. But, they ONLY TAKE CASH, no credit card, and no room credit from Coral Baja next door.

We ate at La Salsa's on a Saturday night when we were tired, wanted something simple, and a place to talk. We found friendly, engaging, happy service, and margaritas that were just right. We ended up sharing nachos (beef) that we could not finish, taking the remainder with us. Price was under US$20 (exchange rate today is about Mx$20 to the... More
