We went for lunch to this little out of the way and end of the road place. Right on the beach, just keep going to the end of the road! You can miss the turnoff from the main road. Nothing fancy and bring your bug spray. Food was good and setting perfect. Cold beers and then a walk along the... More

You go this this place for the location. Good (but not amazing) grilled fish & ceviche, served with ice cold beers, by the beach, amongst a grove of palm trees. If you get there early enough you can score a table with an adjacent hammock. It's a very nice way to pass a few lunchtime hours. The wandering (Mexican) minstrels... More

We stayed in Soliman Bay. So eating here was an easy choice and a quick walk down the beach. Not sure that I'd come from Tulum to eat here. The restaurant is on the beach and the view is nice. The camarones al mojo de aho were overcooked and like rubber. Other dishes like the fried mystery fish and ceviche... More

This is a very sweet surprise on Solomon Bay in Tulum. I was referred by the owner of the apartment I stayed at in Tulum, she steered me to Chamicos. You need a car or a taxi(I use taxis to go everywhere in Tulum) to get to Chamico's. Its about a 15 min ride from Tulum pueblo and down a... More

A very funky outdoor restaurant. Plastic tables and chairs on the beach under beautiful palm trees steps from the water. I had the langostinos (4) --- cooked to perfection. I'd definitely go back.

Spent a long, lazy, boozy afternoon under the palms eating ceviche, guacamole and fried fish. This place is simple, no decor, limited menu and average but friendly services. If you are ok with this and enjoy simple, good and reasonably priced food and drink, with toes in the sand and a by-gone era feel then this is your spot! Fourth... More

You are right on the beach and the service is great. The food isn't bad, but it is not exactly good. I recommend it for a lunch spot after swimming. You can grab a beer and a quesadilla. They have hammocks too so you can lounge after.

Experienced this place 3 years ago walking down the beach at Solomon Bay while staying at Jashita which is at the other end of the beach and the only hotel at Soloman Bay. The rest are all private homes. Out of nowhere was a park lush with palm trees and buried in the park was a small hut which turned... More
