Been twice, first time starters and mains ok but when we ordered the sundaes the waiter came back to say sorry they had run out. We then ordered three espressos and they could only make two. Bizarre. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned for lunch. Two Philly beef sandwiches, one chicken sandwich and one hamburger. The chips... More

There are so many fish tucked into the roots of the trees along the banks. We just loved the atmosphere and the bar/restaurant across the street was a nice way to end the day.

We have been to to this restaurant a few time this trip and while the food has been ok the racist remarks of the owner made my skin crawl as well as the people at the table next to us. I'm not sure if he was trying to impress the fellow Texans he was talking to but it did not... More

Went here for dinner last Sunday evening because it was close to our rental. Food was mediocre; worst meal of our week in the area. My fish filet was okay, but my friend's fish soup was awful. Classic country and western on the sound system.

It is a great place to go! The cenote is across the road and it runs out into the ocean which is a perfect place to snorkel. We ate at the restaurant which was good food with a beautiful look out. Watch your bill!!! They added a lot of things that we didn't order. Super annoying when you think your... More

Went yesterday with friends. Great day all around. Food was good, however, when we got our bill, they had charged us for 70 Corona. We had 30. It took a lot of arguing before they finally took 2500 pesos off of the bill. Check your bill carefully, they are professional scam artists working there.

Myself and 10 of my friends decided to go here for dinner as we had gone a few years ago and were happy with the overall experience and were even happier this time. We made a reservation, and when we arrived everything was set up and ready. The server outstanding! He was there to help everything, provide advise (his english... More

We enjoyed lunch here as part of a pre-arranged excursion, so did not deal with taxes, etc. The fajitas and fish tacos were good, as was the spinach salad. The view, including the bubbling of th spot where the cenote joins the ocean, is fantastic. Though I did not have a margarita, others in my party did. Even just one... More

We went to the BBQ on Sunday. Food was not good. The BBQ was not available. Service was not good. My purse was stolen off the back of my chair and the owner brushed off the theft claiming no one ever steals from his place, very uncooperative refusing to have a look at security footage. Meanwhile the thief was at Starbucks... More

This place has a very relaxed vibe and friendly staff. The food is good and reasonably priced. The margaritas totally sneak up on you, as noted in another review :) If you are looking for upscale don't go there, if you are looking to have fun and be able to put your feet up on the chair next you...Definitely go...
