I had their signature rose martini. It was a sublime experience. All of the platters were delightful and the portions perfectly appropriate. The deserts where also hit an exact balance so that the sweetness would not overtake the flavors of other ingredients. This restaurant is a most definite can't miss when visiting Mérida.

Went with my wife for an early Valentines Day evening. The ambience and service is very good. We had drinks and then selected their crusted pulpo and shared the fig salad. These dishes were very tasty. Because the starter was so tasty we bought a bottle of wine and set down to relax for the evening. My wife ordered fillet... More

I had the small plates: arugula salad with cocoa and figs; sherbet with octopus; scallop with crunchy corn base and avocado; ahi tuna in small steaks with corn and spinach; duck with raisin sauce; coconut bread with chocolate and dense almond cream. My dinner companions enjoyed their choices as well. Beautiful service, delicious food and beautifully presented. The hotel was... More

We had an excellent dinner. There were 6 of us and we all loved and were delighted by our dinners. The food was creative, innovative and exceptional. I don't recall what everyone else ordered but I had the brisket and my husband had the duck - both were superb! We ordered several desserts but the hands down winner was the... More

After all the cochinita tastings in plastic-chaired cafes, it was pleasant to dine here on a Saturday evening - felt like I was a grownup once again. It's a very attractive building, even though there's a lot of pink. The tables are well-spaced, allowing for a comfortable sound level and conversation. They have a very broad drinks menu, including several... More

We had a fantastic dinner here on a Saturday evening in mid-January. We also had late night snacks and drinks two other evenings, plus breakfast for four mornings. Quick summary: very innovative and very yummy. One of the best restaurants we have ever visited in Mexico. There is an octopus appetizer with a habanero sorbet that is out of this... More

Visited this restaurant during our recent stay in Merida based on our hotels recommendation. My wife convinced me that we should try the tasting menu along with the wine pairing something we have never done before. We asked our waiter what the tasting menu consisted off and while we weren't thrilled with the initial offerings, we still went for it... More

Waiter made great recommendations. He introduced us to really good Mexican wine and guided us through some superb items.

Food is great (although a bit overpriced in my opinion) and the venue is awesome. However, it is annoying that waiters try hard to force you to ask for additional drinks / food. It is not OK to get stuff you did not ask for and get charged for it.

The place is very nice, with inner terraza outdoor and indoor seating. Good service, friendly. The food is excellent, local ingredients and local recipes with a twist, right amount. The only thing I could say is that their wine is at room temperature, but as you know Merida is a hot weather place so the wine is warm. If they... More
