Kinta is the best. We love Kondesa, Kinta's sister restaurant, but Kinta is our favorite. We have been to Cozumel 6 years in a row. We were initially scared of Kinta due to it's location by the touristy-town center (we prefer places off the beaten path). Fortunately, we got over the location aspect and tried it out a couple years... More

Kinta is one of our go to restaurants in Cozumel. Since we were last there, they have added a wood burning oven in the garden area. I love the Kinta and Freska salads, more than enough for 2 people to share. Friends ordered the flat bread Pulpa (octopus) which is prepared in the wood-burning oven. Very tasty with perfectly grilled... More

Restaurant came highly recommended so quite a disappointment. Very slow service. Had to ask for water 4 times first glass of wine was sour so sent back after one sip and ordered a bottle instead. Had to ask for charge of first glass to be removed from the bill. That's pretty tacky. I ordered pork ribs and they tasted like... More

Fantastic food and atmosphere. Very professional service. Mexican food with a personal touch. It takes you to different regions with great respect for originality. Best wishes.

We enjoyed the atmosphere, service and the food! Both the peach and red sangria are delicious. Cherry bombs for appetizer & we all enjoyed our salads as well (of the 4 of us we had 3 different salads) and enchiladas for main course. Definitely will return here on our next visit!!!

Menu sounds inviting with lots of great sounding dishes , but its like they are aiming for a fine dining experience but cant pull it off . Neither my wife or I were excited about our choice , Pesto pasta with shrimp for her was odd , it didnt taste of pesto at all , kinda looked like pesto but... More

What a wonderful place to have a quality meal/experience. We stuck to the wood oven items and they were smashing. BBQ ribs, red snapper and all the sides we tried and all were excellent. The salads were great and sizable, good for sharing. Desserts topped off a wonderful night, Id' recommend the chocolate cake and the coconut ice cream, home... More

If you want a nice, relaxed, leisurely meal in Cozumel with fantastic food and service - THIS IS IT! Kinta is a short stroll from the waterfront, step through the restaurant into their garden where globe and fairy lights, fans and awnings keep you comfortable. They have a wood fired oven (WFO) to cook many of the dishes - you... More

This was by far our favorite restaurant in Cozumel during our week stay in May 2017. The service was excellent - we really enjoyed Luis! The food was outstanding - everything we tried was excellent! The setting/ambiance was so relaxing and beautiful. We really enjoyed this restaurant and we highly recommend Kinta Mexican Bistro.

Never had anything but great food in the 5 times we have dined here. LOVE the fire roasted fish presented in iron pans...the corn fire roasted is amazing - could be desert! ...speaking of desert - the chocolate is out of this world! Don't miss it!
