This is a family owned and run restaurant that is located one block off of Melgar. We had dinner and drinks. The menu is varied enough so that everyone should be able to find what they want. The family is very charming and the food is very good.

Had eggs rancheros and coffee here. Food was good though not the best. Spiced coffee was light but delicious. We were given some pastries before our meals came and we were charged 30 pesos for them, all without ever being asked about them. We didn't like that so we never went back.

My wife and I ate breakfast here twice and also popped by for lunch one day. Costa Brava is only half a block off Melgar but has none of the 'Tourist' feel. The atmosphere is quiet and laid back, the prices are very reasonable (particularly if you make it for the Breakfast Special). You'll get a small tray of sweet... More

Stopped here for a quick lunch and a couple of beers, wife ordered the Shrimp Taco's, and I ordered the Chicken Taco's. After a little wait, the waitress came back and asked my wife if she ordered 1 order of Shrimp Taco's. Then came back with a plate of nachos and salsas', merely saying "Nacho's?" (I guess it could have... More

We asked our cabbie to take us to a restaurant that he would enjoy. One side street off the main drag in the town of Cozumel was CostaBrava. We were early for dinner so we enjoyed the place to ourselves for a short while. White tortillas and two salsas were soon at our table, along with Dos XX amber. Soon... More

Best sopa de lima on the island. Very very good conch creviche. Good enchiladas and tacos. Be sure to go spicy with side of habaneros alodo fresco.

My wife and I spent the last week diving in Cozumel. Costa Brava became our favorite place for dinner in the city. The restaurant is owned and operated by two sisters, Alma and Rosanna. They treat every customer like family. But that's just the icing on the cake. The food, the atmosphere and the prices are superb. If you order... More
