We have been coming to the downtown location since the year it opened and have had excellent meals each year. This year we thought the famous Cocobichuela was the best ever filled with so much lobster and shrimp. A must try! It was actually a...More

Wonderfully romantic garden setting just a stone’s throw from the Palapas Park, with jungle-type shrubbery festooned with fairy lights and dotted with Mayan sculptures and statues. Easily the most expensive food and wine that we had on holiday (and probably at any time in Mexico),...More

The atmosphere here is great. Beautifully decorated with natural plants and lights. The staff was very professional and friendly. Food was great. We enjoyed our meals.

Great food! We get the seafood parrillada and their dessert was also very yummy. The mayan show was very fun to watch as well.

We had not been here in about 15 years. Everything was as we remember great food and friendly service. The location is not necessarily convenient to the hotel zone so we plan on dinning here after Market 28 and all of our other downtown activities.

We went to La Habichuela for a date night. The restaurant was slow, so that may have contributed to the outstanding service of its staff, but we were wowed by the outpouring of attentiveness. I'd skip the famous Cocobichuela (shrimp & lobster curry served in...More

I was able to request a specific table in the place I desired most. The setting was absolutely fantastic, but my meal could have been better. Although my dish wasn't mind-blowing; I truly did enjoy my visit and would return again.

I'm sorry, did not see the question before. I have been visiting yearly, even with grown up kids (10-12 years old) and don't ever remember seeing a kids menu. But things do change year to year and it's always good to check... More
