This is a wonderful local place with great food. We are here twice while on vacation. Try the guacamole and the pork tacos.

We love Tacun and went almost every day of our trip. It is great food and very inexpensive. We love the tacos (my favorite are the pastor, but really you can't go wrong with any of them) and the fajitas. I love that this place is located in the Hotel Zone making it easy to get to but serves authentic... More

We came here in search of good tacos, and left trying to figure out when we could come back. Starting off with shrimp stuffed avocados, we enjoyed the chicken tacos, beef tacos, and chicken fajitas. My 20 month old loved her cheese quesadillas. We all got pineapple waters to drink and felt so refreshed. The food, fast service, and uplifting... More

My wife and I were in Cancun in 2012 and first ate at Tacun. We loved it then and we still love it. The prices have increased a little but it is still very cheap to eat there. The food there is the main attraction. The menu has expanded, making it hard to decide. My favorite are the chicken enchiladas.... More

We highly recommend this small street side restaurant across the street from Flamingo mall. We ate here 3 times in our short visit. Gus the head waiter keeps this place super clean and has a true heart for customer service. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced, came with chips and 3 salsas. The tacos we had for lunch were... More

My husband and I are late 40's from California. Great hole in the wall restaurant only like ten tables and only takes pesos or U.S. currency. Nothing fancy great authentic tacos. The habanero salsa was our favorite of the 3 and it was spicy and the guacamole is good. We enjoyed the pastor and arrachera tacos, guacamole and margaritas. They... More

In Cancun 7 days, ate her 5 days, 2 days twice. We tried to taste everything on the menu. Gus (waiter) in the daytime, Edgar( waiter) in the afternoons and the most important guy, "Javier" our chef. Great food, great pricing. If ever in Cancun again, a definite return is warranted. This place was recommended by our hotel staff, who... More
