It is simply not possible to overstate how exceptional dining at Pujol really is. From the moment you enter, the experience crescendos. The pre-dinner featured cocktail was perfectly balanced, focusing on a top-shelf Mezcal. The chef's tasting was a culinary adventure, blending traditional and noveau. Enrique Olvera is so skilled at his craft, that I consumed things with anticipation and... More

Great place to enjoy a fine dining evening in Mexico City, one of the best places in Larin America for sure, especially the tasting menu and wine pairing. Kind of expensive, but totally worth it!!!

We are glad we went to Pujol, regarded as on of the best restaurants in the world by many. The food was great. We had some dishes we had never had before. Ant eggs, a sauce with grasshoppers, but you don't have to experiment. Just go in knowing this is contemporary, innovative cuisine. More than just contemporary Mexican. The top... More

If you want to have a different experience in Mexico City and try to enjoy the traditional Mexican cuisine in a twisted and surprising way, this is the place. Besides that, the service is extremely professional and everything is carefully prepared.

Who would have thought there'd be this type of creative dining experience in México City. It may lack the hype of some of the well known Lima restaurants, but Pujol should not be missed if you are a foodie. It is expensive, surprisingly so compared to other excellent Mexico City restaurants, but the creativity and outstanding service make it worth... More

Who doesn't like Mexican food? Who doesn't like street food? Who doesn't like innovation and attention to detail when it comes to dining? If you answered "me" to any of the above then this is not the place for you. This is somewhere you have an unforgettable meal... Where you marvel at how simple Mexican food is turned into pure... There has been much talk about Pujols' presence at the top of many recent Best Restaurant lists. Without a doubt it is a class act that takes some very interesting excursions into Mexican-cuisine based territory. I appreciate, for instance, that Pujol allowed me to eact insect larvae and like them! However, the intangible "aha!" that makes an expensive trendy place... More

Really recomend this place, due to the molecular cooking the chef manages to play with textures and flavours. I ate a liquid quesadilla, meaning I took it as a shot and it tasted like a reall quesadilla. It is expensive but it is a most go place. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because due to... I do not know how this restaurant is not better ranked in this app/site. It is one of the best in the world. Is it because it is expensive? In this restaurant you pay for a culinary experience where the food is not just to eat but to admire. The service is top quality as well. Every dish is well... More

The food is amazing - beautifully prepared and artistically presented dishes. We loved the creativity of Enrique Olvera and the exquisite choices of produce, seafood, poultry, and meats. The room is intimate, warm, and inviting. The service at Pujol is refined, not rushed, and gracious.
