If you're looking for a good Japanese option in town this is the right place, authentic Japanese food, a bit expensive but totally worth it. Service could be a bit slow and place a bit old fashioned, but still the food is good.

I was there last week and the food and taste is still amazing, however, I had a problem when paying for our meals. The menu indicated that some dish included soup, rice & fruit for dessert, but when we got our check, they were charging us more than the price listed. I complained and showed the waiter that the menu... More

I'm a big fan of this restaurant in the Zona Rosa. The sushi and sashimi are delicious and I like the tempura dishes also. Nice atmosphere and good service.

Something Different. Some of the best Japanese food in Mexico. The waiters were very good describing the different plates, but we were seated at table that was somewhat hidden, which made it difficult to ask for something.

Great authentic Japanese Food at an accessible price! Located in the heart of the Zona Rosa ... I loved the tempura and the daily lunch menu is a great option.

Their packages come at a great price and include four pieces of a california roll, fried fish/chicken/pork, miso soup, fried rice and three pieces of fruit as dessert. It is enough food but the quality is very average. I give them an extra point because I like that they gave me a bit of spicy surimi to try. I might... More

This restaurant has been in the zona rosa over 35 years or more and is also known for its japanese food. The Tokyo teishoku is expensive which cost 375 pesos includes rice, assortment of sashimi, tempura, small grilled fish and fruits. When I am in Mexico City I usually go there several times, but there are better japanese restaurants like... More

My Mexican friend recommended me this place. I'm Japanese. I ordered nabeyaki udon 180peso which is very expensive for the one in Japan but, tasted good. my friend ordered chanpon. The noodle they use was completely different from real one. Overall good taste but expensive. I wouldn't come back unless I'm dying for Japanese food.

Just got back from the restaurant. As a jap descendent, I really like japanese food, and at the same time I can be very demanding when rating one. The overall impression of the restaurant is ok. doesn't look a sophisticated place, more like a family restautant in the neighbourhood. Food was good. I've ordered the regular "tokyo teishoku", a special... More
