The location is beautiful, the ambiance great. The food is very good, authentic mexican by a great chef. If you are visiting downtown Mexico City this is a great place for breakfast, lunch of dinner.

The food was outstanding, and the service superb. Mole to die for - and the escamoles (ant larvae) are a definite yes. Definitely try this place.

I order enchiladas and they were horrible salty, and then I order a salad and they salt in the dressing, my son order shrimp, and he got 3 shrimps for $400.00 pesos the place looks nice but is scam.

They are made specially for the restaurant. A similar chocolate can be bought with: La Comandanta. They sell fair trade produce of very good quality, they ship. The chocolate is called, Chocolate Ancestral. $149.00... More

Yes, they will allow you to sit only based on reservation, hence better to book un advance. We had to wait for 30 min to get a table.
