We had a really tasty dinner at Maximo Bistrot. The restaurant is charming and the food was very well made and presented nicely. It's definitely more French than Mexican, and everything we ordered was excellent. The crab and spinach toasts were decadent and came with...More

We were here at lunch, we had no reservation but we got a table being told that maybe we would have to take dessert in the bar, however even when we were finished, there were a couple of empty tables. Food was perfect. From the...More

One of the best restaurants in the DF. The pumpkin soup was delicious. The drinks were well prepared. That hamachi was sweet and spicy, a great combo of heat. The bread dip was super tasty. The staff was professional and courteous. I'd definitely return.

Deservingly acclaimed restaurant from chef Eduardo Garcia. Inventive dishes using Mexican ingredients but fusing French and other styles. We enjoyed the 4 course tasting menu.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Like someone else posted, I have also been to Pujol and Quintonil and can definitely say that this restaurant is just as good and maybe even better because you don’t go in expecting to get blown away but are nicely...More
