This is a great place for a mid night snack or dinner with friends. Open 24/7, serving a wide menu with Mexican Classics like Enchiladas, to some less ethnic choices, like a club sandwich or pancakes. Service is good and the food is great for...More

Stopped in during a very busy Easter holiday weekday. Long line but moved quickly and was in within 15 minutes. Restaurant has a very busy diner feel with basic and hearty Mexican fare. Along with standard Mexican menu items they also feature a menu of...More

Typical local eatery, where you will see more Mexicans than tourists. Variety of typical dishes. Wouldn't recommend it for vegetarians. Very convenient in the old city center, half a block from the opera. There are likely to be lots of people, but you won't wait...More

A great place to go in the historic center, as much for the cultural experience as the food. No-frills, 1950's diner-style food, great breakfasts. Cheap, efficient, delicious, and local clientele. Spanish-only.

Whenever I'm near Bellas Artes this is where I go for a quick lunch or breakfast. The daily lunch specials are unbeatable for the price, and the Pagoda has my favorite cup of coffee in the centro. Even when there's a line outside there is...More
