Amazing food - great service - lovely staff. We don't speak a lot of Spanish and our waiter was very patient with us explaining the menu. We ordered the ceviche and octopus for entree, and braised beef and fish for mains. Spectacular food, wonderful flavours.

Wonderful modern Mexican food in a pleasant setting. Excellent service. We were there for a comida at about 4:30 and the place was nearly empty. The service was great. I would have given it five stars but we ate at Contramar the next day. I...More

This is an excellent restaurant featuring the cuisine of Baja California. Atmosphere was great—mostly locals. Waiter guided us in English through the menu. He was outstanding. He also recommended drinks and wine. Every part of the meal was special. And great bread too.

It had been several years since I had eaten here. The menu is still creative, the ingredients super fresh and the service outstanding. All of their seafood choices are excellent. I was disappointed not to see abalone on the menu this time around, but that...More

We were a little hesitant in coming given our bad experience with Azul Condesa, thinking that it could potentially be another overrated tourist trap...well lucky it wasn't and looks to be apart from foodies tourists, this seems to be a restaurant where the above average...More

After a disappointing meal at Pujol, MeroToro helped restore our faith in fine dining in Mexico City. The restaurant advertises itself as Baja California cuisine, but I somehow doubt you'll find sophisticated food like this at a beachside taco stand in Ensenada. We enjoyed everything...More

We chose this restaurant because we were eager to try contemporary Baja cuisine. Frankly, our interest was piqued by the Rick Bayliss TV show season focused on the foods and wines of Baja California. It turned out to be our favorite restaurant on the trip....More

Atmosphere was nice, service excellent. There were four of us. Two said their dish was excellent. I had the pozole. So salty it was inedible.

My wife and I had dinner here recently while visiting Mexico City. We've both been long-time fans of Contramar, so were excited to dine here for the first time. We made our reservation for 9pm, but arrived a little early and sat at the bar...More

Walking by in Condesa we found this place and called our attention. The place is nicely decorated. Service is really good (there is always someone ready to assist, staff will change service and cutlery after every plate -a custom that’s being forgotten in many good...More

Easy to explore either on bike or foot, Condesa offers
a great variety of activities and places to visit
while admiring its neo-colonial architecture. Diverse
restaurants vary from regional to global along its
streets, while local bars even let you craft your own
beer. The urban yet relaxing vibe let visitors cycle
or stroll on the Amsterdam Circuit.

Sorry, just saw this note. They can make a full meal vegetarian or vegan. I became vegan myself a few months ago, and my last experience was spectacular. The staff and kitchen are very accommodating.
