This restaurant englobes all Mexican regional cuisines. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If in Mexico this is a must-go-to.

It is a shame that the food is so good but the service is so AWFUL! The waiters took forever to get us our food. We had to constantly ask for refills, lemons, tortillas, etc....then our waiter took 45 minutes to split our ticket!! Do not waste your time.

The food was good enough. Table-side guacamole was delish! We were a big group of 70 foodies and service was great. The entertainment was authentic as well.

Very good food, but Hugh portions, plenty to share. Dessert bar is incredible. Lighting is bit dim, but beautiful ambiance.

This restaurant was a recommendation of a colleague. He lived in GDL for some years and new about this treasure. The service and food were very good. The table side made salsa was excellent. The menu had many choices, and the Pasta dish was really good. I had the Pasta Mision with shrimp, and Cabanara Sauce. the pasta was homemade... More

This "restaurant" is one of a kind. It is spread out over a large area, with unique stations set up in various areas of a garden setting. We went for brunch, and the food was perfect. There were stations for every sort of food you could want. A violinist was playing, there were beautiful displays of art and sculptures along... More

Most of the tables are in a covered courtyard area surrounded by greenery. The first thing you are offered is a 'salsa' prepared whilst you watch, to you own preferences, to have with what I would call nachos. It was lovely. We also had some good tacos, a meat dish and there's a very extensive desert bar. All of this... More

A fabulous evening in a lovely setting. It is not your usual restaurant or garden restaurant. It is a wonderful setting in a garden, with lots of 'palapas', seating areas, stages for the performers, etc. The decor is beautiful Mexican. The food was fabulous.

Description
Thirteen Sioux tribes, a thousand rituals, one magical place: Santa Fe, New Mexico. The catholic missions arrived in the area of Albuquerque & there the legend was born. The Great Sioux Chef, whose names means the mix of two cultures & the birth of a third: the pagan religion, we honor this at Santo Coyote. It is a place where the Creole cuisine, great wine, & a great atmosphere, converge to create the true host.
