We picked up dessert 3 times here during our stay. Everything we tried was very good. Fresh and delicious almond cookies, pastries.

We had a couple great rooms overlooking the ocean, so why rush out to breakfast? Instead, we stopped at this awesome traditional panaderia in the evening on our way back from adventures and stocked up on palmiers, pastries of all sorts, sweet breads, you name it. Combined with our free hotel coffee, juices and fruits we kept in our room,... More

I arrived at 8, the advertised opening time. Walked around for 30 min and still not open. So I found another place for the coffee and breakfast. La Palmera right around the corner. Very friendly and authentic breakfast with coffee. Hopefully you will have better luck at Panaderia Gusto.

A very traditional, family owned bakery where everything is delicious, however the banana slice and the carrot bread are a must try!

New this year- Delicious loaf with olives and italian spices and parmesan cheese, ok maybe not traditional mexican but made a wonderful lunch sandwich with oaxaca cheese from the market and sliced avocado and tomato. Not sure that this item is available everyday. Also several types of wheat rolls with different spices. We found these in the afternoon not sure... More

The bakery is on a house, but they do have a sign outside. I went around 6pm and they were just starting to bring the afternoon bread. It´s fresh and you have a nice variety however nothing really special. The empanada filled with cajeta/dulce de leche/manjar is good. The pastries filled with tuna were not available at the time so... More

High quality, fresh baked breads and pastries. We went here three times during a week stay in the area, and I miss it already.

After our first visit my wife and I made it a point to stop back and get a few baked goods to snack on whenever we were in town. Very good baked goods and the woman at the counter (who was the owner/baker) was very kind and charming. Definitely worth a stop if you like pastries, breads, etc. and are... More
