I visited this cafe a couple of times and each time the food was fresh and cooked in the open kitchen. The waiters were able to speak English and our food was served before our second round of drinks. The owner came to our table each visit to say hello and to answer any questions we had. She was also... More

Patti is a great chef and runs a great restaurant. The food is healthy as well as very tasty. I went back twice during my stay because I could not eat everything on the menu in one sitting. LOL. I had a spinach pasta at lunch that was awesome and then came back for dinner a couple of nights later... More

Had what I would consider my best meal in PV yet this year. Met the owner, Patty in her bakery and she told me about her restaurant in the courtyard. Greek! Love That!! Had the Greek Salad and Shrimp Scamp Greek which means feta instead of parmesan cheese. The shrimp were large and perfectly cooked and the salad was so... More

Patricia Saxonis, chef and owner prepares fresh Greek yoghurt that can be bought by the pint. It is like velvet and tastes amazing. Add fresh fruit, nuts, honey, anything you want and have a wonderful healthy snack.

I am very perplexed by the other reviews on TA. They seem to range from very high to very low, and not many in between. I am on the very low end. We regret choosing Mediterranean for our last evening in PV. It's a little off the beaten path, but not worth the trek! The chicken piccata we had was... More

This place was a pleasant surprise - a newer restaurant in PVR that has authentic Greek food! Service was excellent and the menu is varied and interesting. I had the chicken and my wife had the lamb - both were very good! The food preparation and presentation were outstanding. Would like to see small bottles of olive oil on the... More

Delicious Greek Cuisine in sunny Puerto Vallarta. Just because you're visiting Mexico doesnt mean you cant enjoy a bit of the mediterranean as well. Set in a grand courtyard, this restaurant is perfect for large or small groups. You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu.

This Greek restaurant is very good. The owner, Patty, attended culinary school in NYC. Being a vegetarian, I chose the Spanakopita which was excellent. All 12 in our group enjoyed their meals as well. She also makes beautiful pastries. The deli is open mid day for items such as sausage & cheese also.

We observed many 5 star reviews on Trip Advisor and arrived expecting that high level experience. We were early at about 4:30 on Friday afternoon and were alone in the restaurant. We ordered Dolmades and Chicken Souvlaki. We love Greek food and have had Dolmades in several countries. When this dish arrived it had a strange aroma. The sauce was... More

Thank you for posting your review I am sorry you did not have a great experience. I tried to offer you something else in place of them and I did not charge you for the meal. I had several guests that evening that enjoyed them but just like you told me everyone's palate is different. Thank you Mediterranean cafe and... More
