We have been returning to Mexico, Manzanillo area for 14 years. We always went to El Fogon and enjoyed the food and ambiance, however this year we have seen a drastic deterioration of the facility. Plates were chipped and broken, tables and furniture in disrepair...More

I didnt arrive at the Fogon with high hopes, and although I wouldnt say its 100% authentic, its very good and well served. The restaurant has been done up in a charming mountain cabin style and the meats are all decent.

We were busy all day sightseeing and went to dinner late. We went here as it is close to the hotel. After arrival, I realized that I had been here 12 years before during my earlier mission trip. The restaurant is the same as I...More

I cannot answer this with a definite yes or no. My suggestion would be to ask the manager Ray. He has always been very helpful. It seems to me they can accommodate many dietary needs.
