We found this restaurant while reviewing and looking for great places to eat in Acapulco. So we got our cab to drive us there for supper one night. Its located on a very busy road between the new resort area and the main part of the city. However, once you get inside this absolutely beautiful restaurant, you forget where you... More

Zibu is an open restaurant, with original architecture, on top of a cliff. The views over the bay Puerto Marques are really nice. The food is a combination of Thai - Mexican food, always fresh and delicious. Coconut martini is the best cocktail you can taste. To see the sunset is really relaxing. Be sure to wear mosquito repellent (you... More

We were very surprised at the seclusion once inside the restaurant. The views were great and the food is quite good. Recommend for couples to enjoy a warm breeze and good company.

Zibu is unique in architecture and has a great location high on the cliffs overlooking the bay, but that is about the only nice things I have to say about it. My husband and I went to this restaurant before sunset because of it’s location, only to find it was closed and would open after the sunset. We stayed anyway... More

Phenomenal food, would recommend the grilled fish with almonds, the earth and sea satay starter and the fresh shrimp spring rolls. Everything was absolutely incredible. The location is gorgeous at night, with the waterfall the lampions, the view over the bay. The staff was very efficient and fast (except with the bill). Very good overall experience

OMG what a dining experience! All four of us agreed that it was the best food, service, view and atmosphere we have EVER experienced. Recommended by Sebastian Hernandez (book him for transportation; you won't regret it). Every dish was exquisitely prepared and presented. Service was over the top and we are going back again tomorrow night. Mango marguirita was so... More

Zibu is one of our Acapulco favourites. It is not cheap but in our view it is worth the price. The food is Thai based but some of the dishes are more "international". Although we went on a Thursday the place was busy and I would suggest reservations. We had a good table overlooking a bay. Service was polite and... More
