The food at this place was amazing. This was my first visit to this establishment and I for sure will be returning. They had and amazing ham cheese tray appetizer . I also had the parrillada gaucha which came out on a hot skillet. The meats were very flavorful and juicy. We also Ordered the flan for dessert and it... More

I enjoyed this visit more than others. The chicken bread ala "Nogada" was delicious. Great idea and very well prepared. The rest was typical Casa Plascencia: a tasty mushrooms house-soup, appetizers, even dessert was good. The usual fast and attentive waiter service. The place is also nice looking, a beautiful view of a Spanish style kitchen, with pots, pans, legs... More

Recently returned to the casa. Reservation handled properly and the table was ready. Appetizers were fine as before and service was splendid. Ordered camarones a la mantequilla de ajo. Oops. No scent of ajo ni sabor bien. Served with arroz de paella although heavily salted in the kitchen. A disappointment this time but willing to return. Once more.

I love tacos, and Restaurante Casa Plasencia has some of the best around (along with many fresh fish, beef and other options). Of course, they are gourmet tacos, but that's why you come to Casa Plasencia: to enjoy the cuisine of one of Mexico's top chefs, Javier Plasencia. While Mision 19 remains my favorite restaurant in Tijuana, Casa Plasencia is... More

There is nothing really bad about this place. In fact, the ambiance and service were terrific. I sat upstairs at the bar. I speak broken Spanish and the staff were cordial and helped me with translations. The food unfortunately was a let down. I ordered the pulpo (octopus) starter The dish had a bit too much vinegar for my liking.... More

Perhaps the best of the large family of restaurants of the Plascencia group in Tijuana. You can count on carefully prepared foods, great taste in Mediterranean and Mexican Foods with an ambiance of the Bullfight motives.

The food and the service is one of the best in Tijuana and San Diego. Mediterranean, and Baja-Med. The trout baked on a salt crust is perfect. And appetizers all grate. The rib melts in your moth. Do not mis The Clafutis for desert. -Change the ice-cream for Turron Ice-cream).

Casa Plasencia is a place where food has the signatura of the Plasencia family. Black rice with Calamari is wonderful. Pizzetina as a desert too. The ambiance is cozy and not loud at all.
