La Palapa is a touristy place which seems local and is locally appreciated. But we found the food to be typical without creative flair and too much attention on selling us more margaritas!

I had the whole red snapper fried and it was very good. My wife had a chimichanga and it was very good. The service was good and the margaritas were good also.
Four of us all had different meals and all were excellent. The sangria is very good! Service was prompt and really good. Nice ambience
Take your friends and family. This is authentic delicious food. The setting was beautiful and the staff friendly. We plan to return soon.
