I didn't eat here but I did have a quick coffee as I explored the beautiful village of St Dogmaels. It was a nice relaxing place.

Consistently good every time. This is our local and it never disappoints. I’d love to go there more often but just don’t have the time. Always really good, tasty home cooked food. Highly recommend. For children they have some lego and toys plus you can...More

Wonderful, home-cooked food. So good we visited three times during the week we were staying in St Dogmaels! Welcoming staff, too, and a good range of gifts to buy. Dog-friendly.

The Coach House is situated just below the monastery ruins and offers a good range of food and plenty of interest to look at while you wait. Outside seating in fine weather gives excellent views of the ruins and everything is freshly cooked and delicious.

I'm constantly surprised at how dog friendly cafes are in wales. This one was no exception. We were going to sit outside on the wet seats in the drizzle when we were welcomed in. Very nice interior, very friendly staff and great value for money.

Everything about this place screams local. Situated in a small village, next to a duck pond and a large ruined abbey and with an adjacent museum, what more could you want? We went on market day - an award winning farmers' market next door, and...More

We dropped in on the coffee shop while visiting the abbey, the staff were welcoming and the cakes were lovely. We sat in the sunshine with the chickens roaming around our feet, after a second coffee we realised half the morning had gone but what...More

While we were away on a weekend break we were out for a walk. We needed to call in somewhere for a cuppa. We came across this place, went in for tea and a coffee. We saw homemade Scone's and had one each. These were...More

Hi - Yes of course. Dogs are allowed in the Abbey grounds on a lead at all times. Well behaved dogs are also welcome in the Coach House Cafe and gallery.
