I had been working locally, and literally stumbled upon this restaurant, as I was revisiting two weeks later, I decided to take the plunge on my first Michelin star restaurant. I took my son, and my oldest mate of twenty five years, whose birthday I have never celebrated before, as a treat for them, we had a great time on... More

We sat inside because it was windy and I was wearing a dress, but the outside dining looked amazing as well. The food was nicely presented, we had seared mahi on top of the best coconut rice I've had.

The restaurant is located adjacent to the pelican bay resort. The floating terrace is comfortable and offer a great place for a drink and appetizers before dinner. I hate inside where the decoration is modern and the food is delicious. The portion are normal more European style than American style. Seafood is the forte of the restaurant but the meat... More

Read the reviews on this eatery and you will expect something magnificently creatively different but maybe not. The dockside sitting is the best on Grand Bahama. The food was technically well prepared and beautifully presented but the flavors were so confusingly fused and overly seasoned so that natural flavor of ingredients were not enhanced but rather lost in some culinary... We went for the casual Sunday patio dinner. All of the food and drinks tasted amazing. The ribs had a smoky habanero taste but without the unforgiving heat. No idea how this was accomplished, but oh man were they great!! The seafood cake was also very tasty. Service was outstanding and it didn't take long to see why this place... More

We had friends from Canada with us, they still can't stop talking about the wonderful evening they had at Flying Fish. The food is unique, outstanding. The service is excellent, Rebecca and her husband Tim (the owners) are always working with the rest of the staff. On Sunday nights, dinner is out on the deck, Tim sings and plays the... More

Tim and Rebecca maintain the highest standards in every dish they serve. Whether it is their fine dining menu or their causal and comfort foods on selected evening. If you visit Grand Bahama it is a MUST visit

Flying Fish was without a doubt the best restaurant we visited in the Bahamas. Top quality food and service. The price is higher than other restaurants but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
