Friendly little bar tucked away from the busy main shopping area. Very friendly bartender/owner. They really had a decent selection of local beers but we really liked the Bushwacker. It's a fairly random assortment of alcohols but it turns out with a chocolate and coffee...More

Found the place while we were wondering around Main Street since we had time to kill before our ferry to Tortola. The owner/bar tender couldn't be nicer and made us feel welcome the margaritas were top shelf and delicious! We were able to sample a...More

On returning from our sail in the BVI we just wanted to catch a quiet drink in Charlotte Amalie and stumbled across the Beer Garden. What a nice relaxing open air place with friendly people and reasonable prices. Our host Nala couldn't have been nicer...More

We stumbled upon this bar when we saw a sign advertising "Best margaritas"! You go down the alley and there it is! The owner is so nice and he makes the best drinks! His wife is lovely too! We plan on stopping there when we...More

We were there at the end of April for the cheap beers. It was a little hard to find as it is just an alleyway from the street but opens to a nice open air bar with trees and plants growing. Just myself and my...More

We had a wonderful time relaxing in at the beer garden and having a drink before lunch. All the drinks we had were amazing, but that bushwacker is something else. With such a laid-back setting and friendly staff, the beer garden is a great way...More

Reminds me of the great little places in Charleston. A garden hidden at the end of the alley. Must try out when you visit. One block away from the harbor sea wall. We dinghyed up and walked one block to goodness. Worlds best margaritas!

We took a cruise that ported in St. Thomas. Having been there before, we decided not to do an excursion and just strike out on our own. We took a cab to downtown ($4/per person). We roamed the streets, not being too interested in buying...More

Cool place to escape the aggressive jewelry hawkers. We were impressed by the wide selection of beers and lively conversation with owner Nala. Before departure, we're planning to stop in for a bushwhacker, reputedly the best on the island.

I would like to book a table for four on July 9, 2017 at 7:00. How do I do that? Also, where should we park and do they take credit cards?

This isn't the type of place that you need reservations. It's very casual, kind of a "hole in the wall." Also, there is no parking on the street so you will have to park elsewhere and walk to the beer garden. I believe that... More

No parking there. There was some parking off the main roadway, I think. We took a cab downtown. It would be a walk of a couple blocks, but there are lots of little shops (duty free kind of stuff) to look at on the way. We... More
