we loved the outdoor setting under the palm trees and lights. It was beautiful but it was really not worth the cost considering the price was twice of any other restaurant that we ate at on TC. Meal was good but not great.

Many restaurants you will go to on the island will have a great atmosphere, maybe even good food... This place has GREAT food and something not found elsewhere, amazing service. Super fresh menu, refined presentations and staff that hits the market at a restaurant worthy of 5 stars. Get a reservation early as it books up

Don't waste your time at this place. Overpriced and overrated. I found many other places to be just as good and cheaper.

Tuna tataki was well balanced, Shrimp curry had a wonderful depth of flavor but not terribly “special”, Conch 2 ways (same as van plus conch salad), Grilled wahoo was unfortunately overcooked, Coconut pie had great flavor but was too heavy by that point in the meal. My kids loved Coco the cat, but some people might not be into that.

Ate at Coco Bistro on Monday night, on what was the last night of our trip to Provo and was pleased we had left the best till last. Salmon tartare was tangy and tasty while the cheese tart was sublime. Entrees included an amazing rack of ribs whilst my friend had the steak which also received top marks. Service was... More

I have to say I feel this place is more of a tourist trap that should be skipped. We arrived early for our reservation and went to the bar, took 20 mins to get the drink even though we were the 2nd people in line. They did have a really cool atmosphere but the service was terrible and food was... More

Granted the place has nice ambiance (for TCI), but the food and service are OK. Nothing exceptional in terms of creativity, quality and flavor. We made reservations months in advanced and left wondering why we bothered.

Yes, make your reservations weeks before your trip. That being said, it is a very good restaurant. We had dinner there twice this trip. It was the last week of March which means the end of lobster season so we ordered it. So great. My husband isn`t a lobster fan usually but loved his dinner. I only mention the lobster... More
