The selection and quality of the beers served are great! Which is a welcomed alternative to carib/stag. Also available are beer cocktails which are really creative and great as well. Because they are imported beers they will be more expensive With respect to the food. Its allGerman. Ive never been a fan of german food to be honest, as its... More

I was served raw apple strudel and was told that's how the Germans eat it! There was no apple in sight, lots of raisons and nuts mixed it an overwhelming cinnamon mush wrapped in raw dough. I ate two morsels and sent it this raw mess back. Management said from afar that she's not taking it off the bill and... More

An amazing beer and an amazing meal. Attesting to the excellence of the Salvator beer; none other like it that I know - this is a strong dark beer, not thin like what you're used to. And the schnitzel, tried the Hunter's plate (grilled with mushrooms and pasta) and the Lumberjack (breaded with pan fried potatoes). Both were absolutely delicious.... More

The restaurant was easy to find. It was quite clean and cosy.I took my wife for lunch on her birthday. The ambiance was great and the waiter always made sure that we were always comfortable. Being a special occasion for my wife, she was made to feel that way by the staff. She received 2 glasses of complimentary wine as well... More

Cool place, very friendly waiters, and surprisingly good German flavours. Very good souerkrout and good sausages. If you want the sausages really German style ask for it with no toppings and mustard instead of ketchup. Overall a different place in POS that you must check. Not the biggest selection of German beers but very good for a place brave enough... More

5 newbies to Bavarian food went to V&J Brauhaus and left vowing to be back. We had the schnitzel combo for 5 persons and left with full tummies and enough food for 3 persons in the doggie bag. Good value for money. The schnitzels were all tasty however my favorite was served with creamy mushroom sauce. There are options for... More

We are expats that crave more flavorful beer and this is one of the few places where you can get beer that is not Carib or Stag. The chef/owner is super friendly! We usually hang out in the outdoor beer garden.

I went to V and J's with friends and we were excited to taste the "several" german beers, unfortunately there is a very very limited selection and when asking for local beers there is only 2. My view is that they need to expand their selection, train the staff to begin to attract more customers.

I've eaten here twice, once in the day for business, and once in the evening. Both were good food, but the evening is really better to indulge in the Braus. A good selection, and such a welcome change from Stag, Carib and Heineken. The owners are a great couple, really friendly, but not intrusive. Looking forward to some lederhosen and... More

I went with a group of friends to Brauhaus and had a sprite and beer, which I thought would be disgusting, but was actually very nice, although a little sweet. I tried my friend's Coke and beer and really liked it, surprisingly. I also had a soft pretzel and could have eaten a few more. I also had the “Thüringer”... More
