This is a culniary roadside restaurant at maracas Bay every visitor to trinidad must experience. Without question the best bake n shark, second to none. An institution and a mouth watering delight.

Richard's Shark and Bake is made on site and is worth the 5mins wait. Hot, fresh and just delicious. And the variety of condiments is a great addition to the flavor. It's a staple when visiting Maracas beach.

At the beach, experience Trini style food. If you don't mind the long lines, its worth the wait. Each bite makes the wait worth your while, then you can go relax on the beach with a guaranteed full belly

Great taste! Great service! Lines can get pretty long, so get there early! Very filling. I recommend the Kingfish!

I haven't had Richard's in some years, and it was close to what I remember it being. Went here on a Wednesday afternoon; not too many people. Last time I was there a bake and shark was $20, now it's $35 (not bad). I've heard people say that it's smaller than it used to be, and this is true. However,... More

Long time we could have rated Richard's but now it's not the same. I prefer to go higher up by Uncle Sam's, Richard's fry bake get smaller and the price higher and most of all I suspect they're not using real shark in their bake n shark

If you come to the beach here in Trinidad then you must eat here. Very popular with good food and service. The prices are extremely reasonable. It is outdoor seating, so enjoy the heat and random stray dog. Definitely come.

Most popular "beach food" restaurant at Maracas, Trinidad. Bake and Shark is their specialty. Locals and Foreign Visitors love it.

Bite into deliciousness with the deep fried YET non-greasy bake and shark. Apart from the main bake and shark there is an inclusive salad bar. Clean, good price and simply satisfying!
