Food was delicious and amazing, been in the Caymans for 3 nights now and this was one of the best meals I’ve had! Our server, Jhenie was awesome, we ordered the Branzino and the tido de asado, coconut rice side, and bread pudding for dessert and EVERYTHING was sooo good. We’re planning to go back at least one more time before we leave the island. Highly recommend!

We were promptly greeted & seated and had Denisa tell us the amazing story of Ms. Piper! We ordered small & medium plates to share & all were delicious. Some in our party ordered medium plates as single serve - everyone cleared their plates, with one person in our party saying it was the best seafood pasta she's ever had! Throughout the evening we enjoyed yummy cocktails from the eclectic menu - each coming in their own unique glass & a story to go along with it. If I had to say anything less than perfect was the music got a little weird as the evening went on - with a DJ and musician collaborating, again, just a bit weird. Seems almost every restaurant/bar on Cayman thinks everyone wants to hear a DJ, when that's far from it. A nice chill small band or the house music would have been better, a lounge music vibe would fit the place better than a DJ playing low key club music. Again, we had a spectacular time & will come back again!

Definitely a 5 star experience. Wonderful garden ambiance, and we we enjoyed the great musical performance of HI-TIDE. On Wednesdays the restaurant offers an Argentinian grill--and the grill is literally brough to your table. The meats included flank steak, strip steak, sausage, chorizo, chicken and smashed grilled potatoes. The Grill meal, $95CI for 2, includes the empanada and cheese appetizers and sorbet and prosecco desserts. My wife enjoyed the Seafood Pappardelle, and the wine list is reasonably priced. The service was detailed and very good. Highly recommend!

Our party of two adults had dinner here on Sunday, October 9; we had a 7:00 PM reservation. This was our third visit to Grand Cayman, and we chose this restaurant due to its high ranking per other Trip Advisor reviews. Our experience at Mrs. Piper's Kitchen was unfortunately very poor, and we disagree with other reviews touting this restaurant as a "hidden gem." To begin, the restaurant is located in between a Hampton Inn and another building. There is NO breeze in this location, and there is also NO air conditioning. There were numerous fans throughout the restaurant, and they barely pushed the hot, stagnant air. We were hot and uncomfortable throughout our meal, and wish we would have left immediately after being seated. Our server was a very sweet girl from the Philippines, who informed us she had just been working at the restaurant for a month. It took her 10 - 15 minutes to get a bottle of Pinot Grigio to our table, despite the fact that we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. We ordered dinner from the pre fixe menu. One of us had the empanadas, Korean ribs, and the flan. The other of us ordered the spinach appetizer, branzino fish, and caramel crepes. The spinach appetizer tasted like air-fried frozen spinach, and the empanadas were made from a pita-like crust and flavorless. The branzino tasted as though it had been previously frozen and was topped with a burned potato topping. The dish reminded me of microwaved frozen fish sticks. The Korean ribs were fine. The flan tasted like a salted hard boiled egg, and when we told our server about this she just shrugged. The caramel crepes were the only part of the meal we enjoyed. We will definitely return to the beautiful resorts of and beaches of Grand Cayman. We will never return to Mrs. Piper's Kitchen due to our poor experience.

We booked for dinner initially at the end of January but the restaurant called to tell us they had a “Disco” on the night in question, which we thought was very considerate as we we intended to take our little dog with us. However when we did turn up the following week there was a small group playing with a singer. Now he was not bad but the volume was more suitable for a night club than a restaurant! But the host Nico was pleasant and we decided the food might be worth putting up with the very loud music, plus we also hoped that the music might “tone down” as the night progressed. So we had a couple of drinks while we waited for our table. Must be honest we weren’t in a hurry so the 45 minute wait for the table was no real problem. Once at the table service initially was good. That changed when our server left and we got another one. I ordered the Croquetas as a starter, they were quite frankly tasteless and lacked any seasoning, four breaded balls served with what can only be described as bottled Mayonnaise. I managed about half of them then gave up. At this point or original serve left for the night and the new server immediately “had we left room for deserts?” Errr what happened to the main course? I decided to play safe and ordered a burger for my main, after all how can you spoil a burger? I also ordered a side of smoked Eggplant. My wife’s ordered extra “veggies” with her meal that came with a side salad. So first the side salad with my wife’s meal consisted of a cold portion of the veggies that she ordered as a side. Neither of which was that good but matched the fish she ordered as that wasn’t that good either. The burger ordered well done was tough! Seriously how do you cook a burger so it becomes tough, or maybe it rested so long under the hot lights it atrophied? The smoked eggplant looked disgusting and I can’t really say how bad it tasted as part from the small tip I was able to cut off the end the knife refused to saw )yes saw not cut) through any of the rest. I did point this out to the serve and whilst he did show concern and did remove it from the bill he left the disgusting looking dish on the table long after the rest was cleared! I couldn’t eat much more than a quarter the Burger and fries. Meanwhile the overwhelming music finally stopped but by that time we decided to leave as we had more than enough of a bad experience. The bill $200 was a total waste of money. In conclusion I can safely say that we will never go back.

We chose Ms. Piper's due to all the amazing reviews for a special anniversary dinner while on the Island. We made the reservations online and called the restaurant when we were running 15 minutes late for our 7 pm reservation. The restaurant advised all was well and seated us promptly once we arrived with a warm "Happy Anniversary" from the hostess. We ordered the empanada's to start and they came out out promptly and were tasty. My husband ordered a glass of Malbec and I had the Ms. Batabano specialty cocktail. His wine was very good and my cocktail, was very nicely prepared though a little tart for my palate. For dinner I ordered the shrimp tagliatelle and he ordered the 16 oz steak. My pasta was perfectly cooked but somehow my shrimp were undercooked thus very fishy tasting. His steak was perfectly prepared though definitely not a 16 oz. cut. This is where our dining experience began to degrade. Our server, though exceptionally nice, was very inexperienced and had only been on the island 3 weeks. Our waters were not refilled through out our dinner and we were not asked if we would like a second cocktail. We basically went through our dinner without anything to drink and could not catch our server's attention to ask for water or a second cocktail/glass of wine. When we finally did see her again we had finished our meals. We were asked if we wished to order dessert, we declined assuming we would receive a complimentary 20th anniversary dessert as other reviewers had described which we would share. We also asked for a refill of waters at this time. We then waited for literally 30 minutes, our waters were not refilled, no aniversary dessert materialized, and after waiting and waiting we had to flag down another server to request the check. Which was finally brought over by our original server. I left feeling saddened that our special dinner went awry.

My friends, mostly colleagues and I decided for a get together dinner somewhere and we did not get tables at our usuals. This was a google find and it was also busy, however the staff was kinder and found us a place in 20 mins even though ours was a last min reservation. The waitress Sandhya was very good in her suggestions food tasted exactly it has to be and it had a lot of vegetarian option. The vegan biriyani and nachos which has vegan chorizo and was very tasty. My friends had pita and falafel which was also very good. The ambience was good, there is a live band but I found it very loud, but they played good music Overall we were very happy to land up in this restaurant

Candis was an excellent server who was so friendly and pleasant and explained the menu very well. She was attentive to our needs and my water glass stayed filled-not an easy task as I was very thirsty! The food was amazing! I had the Mediterranean Mahi with watermelon salad, cassava salad with caper dressing. My friend had the club and she loved it! The chickens /roosters outside liked the French fry or two we gave them as we left! It was a windy overcast day and we sat inside but it was perfect…screen door and we felt like we were outside. The decor and atmosphere have a sophisticated simplicity that helped us feel completely relaxed. Great glass(or two) of wine also🍷 helped! The cassava cheese biscuits were the perfect appetizer to share….my only disappointment was that I was too full to order from the dessert menu….this has become my FAVORITE restaurant in Cayman and it’s location is great! Wendy and I will definitely be back as we both live and work here! Excellent ambiance!❤️💃🏻

I had the pleasure to visit Mrs. Pipers on Sept 17th. I wish I could've ordered everything from the menu because It is a new restaurant and everything on the menu looks great. The food arrived quickly, the beef empanadas are 100% recommended along with the schnitzel were the star of our dinner. Thanks to chef Axel for explaining us their menu and guiding us through our choices for that night. Our server was very attentive and listened closely to our questions and comments. The only thing that I would change is that it was Hot even though we seated in the inside area. I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

Food, ambiance, service. These are how we judge restaurants. It is common to get one or two of these and usually that will earn a good rating from me. But all three, a rarity. Too many variables. Good food, good atmosphere, but the wait staff isn't quite there.. or good food, good wait staff, but the surroundings aren't there. Tonight we had all three. You walk into the outdoor porch of your dreams. Low lights, comfy chairs, not too close to the other diners, pillows and surroundings, perfect for dining. Then the most bubbly person, in this case our waitress Candice, came to greet us (not just Candice but the entire staff, of which Candice was the lead for us). She smiles and provides impressions of the night's offerings. She helped us with questions, made suggestions and the outcome was terrific! Finally the food. We shared a salad and the grilled Argentine platter. The vegetables in the salad were clearly hand chopped and unlike processed salad, there wasn't an imperfect piece in the bowl. The dressing was wonderful, light and it didn't drown the salad. It complimented it. The grilled platter was a selection of meats, steaks, sausages, chicken and every piece was grilled and seasoned to perfection. The potato on the side was a nice compliment. We each had a cocktail, both of which were unique in their contents and extremely tasty. Lastly came dessert. Pavlova for my wife and Banoffee pie for me. If you've never had either of these you don't know what you are missing. Neither of these is common in the US, but in the British Isles, well I don't know how Americans haven't picked them up. We will be back (as Candice suggested) and we can't wait.

Dear Neil V, Thank you very much for your great review. We are very happy to read that we were able to get 3/3 (food, ambience and service). We will make sure to recognize the staff for their amazing job and especially Candis. I am glad to see that you joined for our fire ritual which is brought to your table every Wednesday night. Our 1st visit to Ms. Pipers was just before the New Year. I especially was a bit skeptical about what the setting would be like, but after good persuasion from a close family friend, we decided to try an after by the pool. I was very happy that we did. It was like an oasis in the desert. The ambiance and atmosphere was very relaxed, warm, homely, friendly, and peaceful. We got 2 pool chairs at no charge, and nestled down to try out the menus. Our server was Sandhya, make SURE to ask for her on your visit, she was the most attentive and made sure that we were ok the entire time we were there. The food was very delicious, absolutely loved the Bunuelos!!! However the breadfruit fritters was our least favorite of all that we tried. We had wine and also tried a few of their cocktails which met my expectations. Since the 1st time we went we haven't stopped recommending them to our friends. If you are looking for good food, laid back ambiance, attentive service, a peaceful atmosphere to work or just a little wind down or me time this is definitely the place to go. This is now top of the list of our favorite spots, will be there again this weekend to celebrate my birthday. Super excited!!!!!

Sanjia went above and beyond and convinced the chef to take the head off of the Red Snapper prior to serving. Upsold on all items. Very knowledgeable with menu options and offered terrific suggestions for appetizers, entrees and dessert. Great personality and ambassador for Hampton Inn Grand Cayman and Ms. Pipers Kitchen. Valerie brought genuine hospitality to our table and added to our enjoyment. Upsold and made suggestions from the bar..

We went to dinner here on our last night on Grand Cayman. Shiva, our waiter was extremely excited and enthusiastic to design a great dinner of small and medium plates to share. The food was innovative and felt new and like a throwback to the thirties at the same time. The Branzino was so delicate and flavorful, the pumpkin hummus was light and delicious and the empanadas were lovely with a bright tomato dipping sauce. The drinks were such a surprise, well thought out cocktails that added depth and interest to the meal. Cayman food is expensive everywhere but this was no more expensive and five times more lovely.

I visited Ms Pipers with some friends to celebrate my birthday. I was instantly wowed by the ambiance of the space. It has an easy flowing indoor outdoor flow. They did not skimp on the landscaping, and areas of the restaurant are sectioned off into little pockets by trees and shrubs. As the restaurant is located in a backyard oasis between two taller buildings, it was perfect to sit outside at 5pm as the buildings blocked the direct sunlight. Every detail has been thought of. The menu itself is a reimagined Cayman Islands tourism brochure from the 1980's. The items on the menu incorporate local flavors, as well as a plethora of international cuisine. The staff is absolutely superb! Ask for Shiva if you visit. He went above and beyond and truly elevated the entire experience. He relayed the message behind the concept of the restaurant with such passion that I asked to speak to the manager to let him know how incredible Shiva was. I visited on a Saturday and there was a fantastic local live band present. They sung myself and a friend a beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday, and I was brought an over the top tower of cake and ice cream free of charge. I will absolutely be back. It feels like a hidden special gem of a community. I would recommend to every and anyone!

It’s our first time to try visit here. And we are so inloved with the food and the service is awesome and the ambiance? Lovely, sweet rustic and so relaxing with its home-like garden view . Great service from Michelle Bravo and Shiva they’re such fantastic people!
