As with most restauants in the Cayman you find yourself in a minimall a short walk from the Ritz Carlton. You will meet the owner. Very nice freindly staff with a great Italian menu. Just a bit sparse for vegans.

Agua is a must on our list for our yearly trip to Grand Cayman. The ceviche is amazing, the atmosphere casual and child friendly. The outdoor dining under the stars is relaxing.
