This is the bakery is my family's favorite on the island. My favorite pastry is the napoleon. The women behind the counter are very friendly. Sometimes it is hard to find parking because it is so busy. That is always a good sign to me.

It's in the Cole Bay area, facing Simpson Bay Lagoon, in Cole Bay, Sint Maarten. La Sucrière on the french side is not related to us. It is a different company with a different management.
