Overall the food was good. Our family went on a busy holiday evening and the service was fine. Some members of the family who had been there before were somewhat disappointed in the lack of flavor of the pork tacos. Yet, we all agreed that we will probably go back again on another trip to Puerto Rico given the entire... More

Dear Paul, Thank you for your kind words regarding Margarita's on Roosevelt Ave. I am delighted to know that our service was top-notch on a busy night. I will like to let you know that I have forwarded your food quality comments regarding the pork tacos to our management and kitchen staff to ensure that our flavors are as consistent... More

I always ordered pico de gallo on my way home from work and the last two times the pico de gallo has been nothing more than cilantro and tomatoes with a few bits of avocado here and there. The chips were dry. By the way, pico de gallo was cold. Seems to me they now keep portions in containers in... More

Dear Belagirl2010, Thank you for your visits to Margarita's over the years. I am very sorry you felt disappointed on your visit in October 2014 and that our Pico de Gallo and Totopos were not up to our usual standard. Our Pico de Gallo is made fresh daily, using quality ingredients and fresh tomatoes, avocados, onions, cheese and cilantro, and... More

I love burritos de tripitas and carnitas con guacamole. Best Mexican food in the Caribbean. I can handle hot stuff or Jalapeño I always find what I love when I wanted.

Trying to watch my calorie intake I had the ceviche. Not the best of choices; it was not bad but it was not tasty either. However, I did try some of my wife's burrito and the taste was great and the plate was well presented. The other plates ordered by the rest of the party were very well presented and... More

The food was awesome. I had shrimp and tomato pizza and it was great. Took over 15 minutes before anyone ever showed up at our table. We had to go to the bar inside to get drinks where the bartender was surprised we had not been served. Not too long after that we had a waiter. For our first meal... More

The food take too long even the place was almost empty. Was almost 5 pm the floor employees pay more attention to the FIFA game over the costumes. When the food arrives some orders where wrong and others where cold. This is the first and a last. I almost forgot we have to find flatware because we don't have enough... More

This is my best Mexican restaurant in PR. Starting from the great valet parking service to friendly waiter, great food and great check out. We usually order the Carnitas, quesadillas and nuggets for the kids and the awesome margaritas for me and my wife. If you are in the area for some mex food, we have to go to Margaritas... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants in PR. The last time we went was last week, before valentines day. We had the chihuahua padrisimas & my husband had the shrimp fajitas. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was also very good. I've been there many times and never experienced bad food or services. Highly recommend it.

It's really sad that I have to review this restaurant with a poor rating. It used to be one of my favorites, but last night we had our worst mexican food experience ever. I do not know what happened but the quality of the food was not the same. Sorry!!! Auroritas or Tacolandia from now on.
