As a travel and food influencer from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I was immediately impressed by the extensive menu such a 5-star restaurant, which offered a wide variety of Thai dishes to choose from. I must say, it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The flavors of the Daiquiris, Pina Collada and the lemon juice with rum were bold and authentic, and the presentation was beautiful, and the drinks was so refreshing and delicious. I was also impressed by the prices, which were very reasonable for the quality of food and service I received. I have to give Mystic Thai a 5-star rating, the food, drinks, and the place is so nice, and I love it there. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

Beautiful decor and outstanding staff!

We went for dinner and the decor and atmosphere of this restaurant is beautiful and has a refreshing, calming elegance. Sam was the man in charge that evening he was so helpful! He assured me when I called prior to coming that they would cater to whatever food allergies or sensitivities I had. He was very patient in allowing me to ask questions before we came. When we arrived he remembered me and reassured me of the care they would give the preparation of my food. I believe the waitress’ name was Shree. She was amazing! I have food restrictions and sensitivities that can be quite complex and out of the norm, and eating out is always a challenge. Shree kindly took so much time explaining ingredients and suggesting modifications that could be made so the dish is still delicious. She even made several trips to the kitchen to ensure all my questions were answered and the dish was prepared exactly as needed. Sam and Shree made this a beautiful dining experience! A+

Excellent food and services. Worth giving it a try. Flavorfull dishes and ambiance, great vibe. We were there for a wedding and they catered their mouth watering cuisine that too vegetarian available. If you are in Jamaica then a meal at this place is a must!

Worst Thai food ever

had dinner on the 2th of January at the Kingston Branche it was the worst and expensive Thai food i ever had the crispy lamb had no taste was cold or crispy and to sweet my wife had the salmon curry it was so sweet that it tasted like a dessert the curry sauce was so thick as i would eat a fettuccine alfredo the main thai ingredients were missing it should be light sweet tangy salty and spicy i had the chicken curry i don’t wane talk about it just horrible again sauce was to thick and only 5 small pieces of chicken . I ordered jasmine rice completely overcooked no live in it and cold. My wife had the quinoa that was tasty . The dessert we had the cream brûlée the first one we had to send back it was liquid the second one was ok slightly over cooked . Service extremely slow to many guest not enough servers . Please hire a chef who knows how to cook thai food .

Horrible experience. The food was good but the service was horrible. The staff move extremely slow. We came in with a birthday cake and sat it on our table, and none of the staff including our waitress asked if we’re celebrating an occasion. Sad. Also the check took 15 minutes to get to us only because the staff is slow and all over the place. Especially management, worse than the staff. I would suggest Elevate for a bday celebration while visiting Mo Bay/ Trelawny area instead. Disappointing experience. My daughter chose this place a month in advance. Also, it’s a small restaurant.

We visited the branch in Kingston. A truly underwhelming experience. Poor and cold food, incompetent service and management that has no clue and consistently misrepresented how long i5 would take to get us an acceptable table. Easily the worst meal we had during a week long visit to Jamaica. Avoid at all costs.

"My family and I had a delightful dining experience at Mystic Thai Restaurant in Montego Bay. We indulged in their sushi selection, which was fresh and beautifully presented. The chicken tikka masala was a surprising yet delicious addition to the menu, perfectly blending Thai and Indian flavors. The ambiance was lovely, and the staff were attentive and friendly. AMAZING Dining and Catering Experience!

We hired Mystic Thai to cater our wedding after visiting the restaurant a number of times in the past. The service at the restaurant is fantastic and the food is some of the best Indian food I have ever tasted, it has the perfect balance of flavors and the very fresh ingredients. Since we had a great experience at the restaurant, we asked if they would be able to cater our wedding for 150 people about 90 minutes away from their restaurant. The catering request was a little complex because we had to feed our guests for three full days. Mystic Thia absolutely NAILED IT! Every one of the guests raved about the food. The presentation was perfect, it was one time, and any adjustments we needed were easily accommodated. It was also a great pleasure working with Karina. She is on top of everything with the team and helped make the event successful. She was even able to make some atypical traditional dishes that are not normally served at weddings. We gave her a recipe and they were able to turn it from a dish that serves 4-6 into a much larger production for all the wedding guests. I have worked in hospitality for over 10 years and Karina and her team provided some of the best food and service I have ever experienced. We went to many different places to find the perfect caterer and none of them compared to Mystic Thai. My wife and I are super grateful that we could work with her for the wedding. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for the best food and service in Jamaica.

We enjoyed the Mystic Restaurant Fairview shopping center. Our server Melissa was hospitable, friendly and efficient. She was patient in explaining the menu and kept checking ✔️ on us during dinner. We will be back soon. Greetings from the Lewis family in Georgia-USA

we had the restaurant week menu which was fantastic,as a waitress that's work in a 5star hotel we didn't went for the food we wanted the service and customer service was 5/5 for us. looking through the original menu we didn't know what most of the food was our waitress seems new she didn't know either. 2.we didn't like the way they were bringing stuff in there hands (drinks ,cup of hot water) get a tray please

Worst Service Ever/ Classism at its finest

This place came highly recommended to me however this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. It began when we walked in nobody greeted us. We were painted to a table not escorted. Waited 15 minutes menus which were basically flung onto the table. After about 30 minutes of us sitting there waiting on someone to take our order,I asked a passing waitress if she could assist us. Another waitress eventually came over and just stared at us. I eventually said “well hello, good evening” and she responded “hi yes, what do you want?” Loool. I still don’t know this girls name. She took our order and left. The sushi came , no, chopsticks. I asked another passing waitress if we could get chopsticks and she literally looked at three of us with two plates of sushi and asked “just one?” I responded “three pairs please”. All our other meals came except one. I had to ask another passing waitress about the missing dish. It eventually came and was slid across the table with the words “see it yah” from the waitress. On several occasions I asked to speak with the manager/supervisor regarding the poor, I watched the waiter and waitresses tell the manager who looked at us directly and proceeded to ignore our table and check on the other tables. We decided to just end our dinner and get the food packaged to not deal with the poor service anymore. By this time my party was on the outside of the restaurant to avoid it all but I still needed to speak with a manager because I have never heard of bad service from this restaurant. I expressed to him that it was my birthday and the service I’ve experienced since I’ve stepped into this restaurant has been poor. The guy said to me “do you want me get a chocolate truffle for you with a candle for you to blow out?” I said no as you can see my party has already left because the service is so bad, he then proceeded to say “oh I wish I had heard about this earlier” I said to him “ I asked to speak with you on several occasions and you chose to ignore us, more than once! “ to the point where I had to walk over here to you after sitting there watch you watch me knowing full well I had a complaint. He basically blew off the situation and said “oh well next time it will be better” BETTER? Better for who?? Not me because I will NEVER return to Mystic Thai. The behavior was classist/racist because all the white people in the restaurant had their tables checked on etc the manager himself was white/Asian so maybe that’s why but this was poor poor service. Good food but BAD SERVICE

Some of the names are hard to pronounce but the staff is very attentive and helpful. The aura of the place is very ideal for dining experience. It's very to have everyting you order tasting good but I got just that. I totally recommend mystic Thai to anyone who wants a great dining experience.

Mystic Thai/India is a gem in Montego Bay for locals and visitors alike. I’d like to commend them for having a shuttle service, free of charge, which helped us get there from our hotel. This enabled us to get there, and enjoy cuisine that was not offered through any of the hotel restaurants. Quality was excellent, the ambience was excellent, and the menu is very expensive. 10/10 would recommend!

Best meal in MBJ

This was, surprisingly, the best meal we had during our week long stay in Montego Bay. Didn’t have a reservation but walk in was fine. My partner said the red curry is the best he’s ever had (and his standards for Thai food are high). We also had the crispy lamb, chicken fried rice, fried mushroom, shrimp and garlic dumplings…everything delicious!
