We visited Eden Roc for the first time this January. It was so relaxing and so beautiful. The golf course was an unexpected beautiful part of the complex. The food, service and ambience are outstanding. Chef Ernesto greeted us on our first night there and prepared our meal with his special touches and recommendations. The wait staff is terrific, especially Junior who made sure all our needs and requests were met. He's professional,...well spoken and has a good sense of humor. We went twice and Cindy and Junior were fantastic. Their service and margaritas were great. Looking forward to going there again. Their ceviche with the patacones are a must.

We had just stepped off a flight after a red eye with our one year old baby and were incredibly hungry. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, getting some bread and fresh veggies out right away, and our food shortly thereafter. Excellent seafood (shrimp...fajitas and guacamole) and drinks (margaritas)! Our baby enjoyed the food too! They even washed our baby’s bib and bowl after he was done. We ate at this restaurant almost every day during our 11 day stay at Eden rock. We tried something different every time and the food was exceptional. Good flavor and excellent service.
