The restaurant is surprisingly large, flowing out from the hotel onto the beach, but the setting is amazing. We went for Sunday lunch and it was very busy. The diners were a mix of people coming in straight from (and dressed for) the beach to those clearly dressed for a more formal occasion as well as everything in between. That... More

The restaurant is mostly a beach side patio with a few tables inside. The had a buffet style grill were you could have your fill on chicken, steaks, lamb or a variety of fish. The chef was ready to prepare them any way you liked. The servers are very friendly and attentive without without being around more than you needed.... More

We were staying down the beach at The House. We had read lots of articles in various luxury travel magazines about Sandy Lane, and had walked by it on our daily walks down the beach. On our last night in Barbados, we made yet another "50th Birthday" dinner reservations. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that the... More

We booked via the Sandy Lane Hotel website before arriving in Barbados for their afternoon tea. We drove to the hotel in our rental car (you must give your name at the gate and they check for your reservation before letting you enter). Valet parking only. Staff were very friendly and professional and even though we were almost an hour... More

Beautiful from start to finish. Best Bellinis in a long time. Staff were fabulous. Attentive yet discreet. Food was outstanding. Ate outsidw under awning but still oppressively hot. Did not dampen our experience. Our waiter, Jason was a gem. Brought us continous cold eucalyptus towels which were fabulous! Just wish could go back there again this sunday! Huge choice of... More

We stopped here again for lunch on the patio and were pleased. Yes it is a little pricey but it is fun to just enjoy the famous Sandy Lane for a while. Service was great and though they have the BBQ & appetizer bar--WOW--we ordered ala carte. The mussels were delish.

Excellent food - it is pricey around £135 each. Was very busy when we went and hot sitting outside. Worth taking your time as you can go to the buffet as many times as you want. Drinks obviously push the price up even more but we just had tap water which the waitress was fine with. Lots of very wealthy... More

Every meal happens at this restaurant set at the heart of the hotel with superb views over the beach. You can dine indoors on the terrace or on the decking. All sizes of groups are provided for and the attention and service is excellent. The breakfast is delicious and as large and small as you wish. There are a number... More

As we were staying at the hotel next door to Sandy Lane, it would've been rude not to pop in, don't you think??? We had wanted to just go for drinks but we were advised by our hotel that this was not permissable and that non-residents must dine. Having already spent a lot(!!!) at other restaurants I was slightly disappointed... More
