Wonderful food from a very humble and talented chef. The servings aren't tiny, I couldn't finish my last course. The small groups and intimate setting were lovely. We had a "regular" who was a little loud and making the show about him but otherwise it...More

A must place to experience if you visit Aruba. Definitely worth the splurge. We had the wine pairing option and would recommend it. One of the courses was a grouper ceviche and it was paired with a German riesling - what a revelation! Since have...More

This was a fun experience. We did the wine paring which made the evening very expensive but enjoyable. Our sommelier really kept the party going with his humor. We had great conversations with all the other guests. They knew it was our anniversary celebration so...More

This is a "must do" when going to Aruba. It's the best meal we have ever had- anywhere. Most people make reservations months in advance but if they are booked, be sure to get on the waiting list- we were able to get in due...More

Can't add too much to the great reviews that have been written here already. Fabulous experience and Dennis and Glen were terrific. If I had one complaint, it would be that the wine that we were served, while tasty and PEREFECTLY paired with the food,...More

What can I say that hasn't already been said by prior reviewers. Carte Blanche is the original restaurant in Aruba for this type of dining concept. The other three are Fred, 2 Fools and a Bull, and The Kitchen Table. We also dined at Fred...More

Yes they accept both. US dollars are accepted everywhere in Aruba. Amex and Discover are often not accepted outside the US.

You can try but I usually reserve our spot 5 months ahead of our visit. We go to Aruba every year and dinner is a highlight with friends. Sometimes they have lat minute cancelations so get on their waitlist

Carte Blanche is a restaurant for foodies, people who are open minded for an exquisite fine dinning experience, without limitations. Carte Blanche features a 14-seat elegant bar in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The highlight of the restaurant is Chef Dennis van Daatselaar cooking right in front of you a 5-course Carte Blanche dinner known as a “chef surprise”. Alongside him is Maitre d’ Glen Bonset pairing wines and mixing premium drinks
