This is a great local restaurant not far from the Pali. There’s indoor and outdoor dining available and they have covid protocols in place. The staff are very friendly and there were views of Volcan Concepcion from our table. We had the Pescado Entero and...Pollo Fajitas. Both were delicious and great value. This was one of our favourite restaurants in Moyogalpa.More

We came here for breakfast and really enjoyed it. The restaurant was really busy so service was a little slow. We got a traditional nica breakfast (eggs, gallo pinto, cheese, plantains) for 80 cordobas, which is about $2.30. Some of our group got the smoothies...and really liked them! We would come again.More

We stayed a total of 12 days on Ometepe and ate here quite often. The kindness and relaxed attitude of the staff equaled the tasty food. The patriarch of the family sits out front to welcome you in with a huge smile. He seats you...and make sure there is a fan turned on to cool you and then you’ll be served some tasty Nico food by other members of the family. Fresh juices, smoothies, beers, wines and straight up good hearty food. We loved the place and the food and are happy to report that even though they are in the lonely planet they haven’t been ruined by it which is for the most part our experience worldwide! We ate lunches and dinners there. Give them a go you won’t be sorry.More

After travelling in Nicaragua for three weeks - exploring Leon, Granada & Managua - I can definitely say that this place offers the best food in the entire country. Portions are massive and the food is simple and delicious, something that other places eternally get...wrong! Soda Los Anjitos is a great family-run restaurant where all the staff are really helpful and kind. The vegetable rice absolutely slaps 👌More

This place has delicious food! We ate here nearly every night of our stay. Really tasty, good portions and great price. The staff are so friendly too. Real family atmosphere. You gotta try the cake too! It's opposite the park in Moyogalpa. Gracias Los Antojitos.

My girlfriend and i just arrived in Moyogalpa and we’re heading to Madeira (South west city on the southern island part). So, we were just looking for a easy quick lunch. We looked a bit on Google Maps and found this one, which was nearest...at that time. So we went in and got already welcomed with a lot of “love”. The elderly man, probably the owner, immediately after we stepped in very kind. He led us to a table, gave us the menu. Of course, that’s what the staff in a restaurant should do, but he done it so kindly and with a lot of appreciation. The food was very nice. After we got our dishes, the elderly guy gave us unasked the wi-fi password. In general, the menu has a big variety. From smoothies to tacos, from hamburgers to french fries and milkshakes, and many more. We paid by cash.More

If you’re hungry you may have to order 2 plates, but the food comes across as traditional (At least the nica food) and the staff are polite.

Went here after climbing Volcán Concepcion and in desperate need of a hearty meal...this place certainly did the job. The food was traditional and delicious and the portions were extremely generous. The smoothies and juices were also great - we went back the next morning...for a breakfast smoothie to take away for our onward journey to Balgue! Would definitely recommend if you are in Moyogalpa!More

Delicious food, both breakfast and dinner, lovely owner and definitely cheaper than most places. Came here twice a day all week long, and anytime I'd go somewhere else, I'd start comparing it to this place, and everytime this one would come out as victor. Amazing...spot! Highly recommend it!More

Small restaurant a few blocks up from the ferry terminal (maybe a 7-minute walk or something), with friendly staff, excellent food, and cheap prices. The portions are big as well, so the value is great.

The food here is great and the prices too. They have a variety of different food and it seemed it was well known under tourists.a thing I'd recommend here definitely is the batidos or shakes they make with fresh fruits. One if the things I'll...miss most in Nicaragua! If you're around moyogalpa or on the island you gotta visit!More

Bilingual hosts, good sized portions, cheap prices, homemade mexican/central american fare, food is a bit slow but it's all fresh made so worth it. Serve beer as well. For the price we paid, we can't complain about a thing. Has 4 vegetarian options on the...menu that are all good, especially the burrito's.More
