nice food but waiter are less attentive breakfast are held in same area.veg and non veg available over all good.

Loved the food, specially the breakfast.. And the guy at service - Joydeep was very much attentive and quick.. Understands the guests needs and serves accordingly.. No delay in serving.. Great experience and a must visit once..

I had a stay for a day with my family and I enjoyed it to the full and especially the kids to the fullest...I will come back very soon...thank you Mercure...

Dinner: Had a look at the buffet which they push and found it less than appealing. So we decided to try the a la carte and ordered two whole wheat chicken wraps. The first one arrived after a 25 minute wait. Since the two of...us had ordered the same dish, we shared it. It was quite good but not great. The second wrap arrived 10 minutes later-oily, heavily spiced and overcooked. To compensate for the delay, they offered complimentary dessert. Brought one and "forgot" the second. We could have had drinks while we waited, but the pricing is designed to discourage bar offerings. So have your tipple in your room. Breakfast: The made to order counter offers eggs, dosas and pancakes. The omelette was salty, the dosa ordinary and the pancake decent. From the laid out spread the idlis were good, the sambhar wasn't. The rest of the cooked stuff looked pretty greasy. Fruit (watermelon, pineapple and one more) were cut into less than bite sized portions. For a hotel with French heritage, cheeses and cold meat were conspicuous by their absence. In fact apart from the eggs, all the fare is vegetarian. Coffee was restricted to the instant kind. Tea was okay. The restaurant has a lovely verandah, with a make-shift awning for the rainy season. However water did drip through and the rain hitting the metal awning made it too noisy, making the place unusable. While leaving, we noticed the number of guests waiting to be seated. As I mentioned in another review, this hotel does not have the infrastructure to cope with full occupancy.More

We just sopped to get some snacks. Tea & Coffee was nice.. A small part had a good view.. The Onion pakoda wasnt great they friend the whole onion slice. Overall it was an ok experience..

Tried out both the buffet and ala carte options during recent visit to this place. This is really a lovely coffee shop in Mercure Lavasa Hotel with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Liked the breakfast buffet spread which was good. Ordered ala carte for...lunch which was also very appetising.More

We enjoyed our meal at Celebrations, the coffee shop at Accor Hotels' Mercure Lavasa. The pan fried noodles that we ordered were crispy n tasted yum. The veg Biryani was also really good. Nice friendly service as well

This one is rated as one of the best restaurant in Lavasa, but surprisingly my experience was totally different. I took lunch and breakfast here. Lunch was better than Breakfast. Most of the items in breakfast lacked taste. And everything in breakfast was being served...cold. The service was good, but the taste was not there at all. Options provided in lunch and breakfast were ok, not less not more. Disappointing.More

Mercure hotel have great buffet breakfast and dinner options. Food is tasty and their service is exceptional.

buffet dinner was very good, dessers were outstanding, spread is good. Special mention of the dal mahkani. it was outstanding

The staff is excellent. The food is good. If you stay in Mercure you can eat here. Else if could be pricey!
