The food here was excellent. We ate here 3 times week of March 6th. The problem is they are very busy and do not seem to have enough help. Wait was long, even though we had reservations each night. Servers were friendly and I think...More

The dinner we had at Furnace Creek Inn was surrounded by days of trail mix and homemade salads so this was a well-anticipated treat. Could only get a reservation at 5 pm (making it the day before), but that was fine. If you time it...More

The food was of very poor quality. The chicken was undercooked, and the trout was bland with an strangely complicated preparation. The service was so slow, they offered us dessert to compensate.

We stayed at the inn, and splurged one night to eat at the dining room. It's pretty expensive, but worth it, I think. The salmon was very good. The service was good. I wouldn't eat here every night, but once during a stay is worth...More

After visiting the spring flower bloom near Furnace Creek it was time for lunch. The menu provided soup, sandwiches and salads. Portions were perfect. The salad was fresh. The coffee was hot.

Both the food and the service...best lunch ever! The Wrap was perfect! The price point was surprisingly low. Could have used some Russian dressing for the corned beef sandwich.

We went to the Inn for breakfast. The food was okay but the service was as bad as it can get. The couple behind us left after waiting over an hour. We waited 50 minutes. I am hoping this was caused by the huge influx...More
