Lets face it, there are not a lot eating options in the Bryce Canyon area. Most reviews I read about of what was available didn't sound too good. This place had pizza, calzones, etc. The food was basic, pretty tasty, but a little over priced. The staff was friendly. Convenience is a big factor here, any place with a fairly... More

We were visiting Bryce Canyon in March, and this was one of just a couple restaurants that were open in the area. They didn't open until four on the day we were there, so don't count on this for a lunch option (the only lunch food available within the park seemed to be sandwiches from the general store). Anyway, the... More

We really liked Valhalla! Staying in Bryce this was the only food service inside the park. And we were worried. And we were tired and hungry. We expected pre-made pizza or maybe pre-cooked and slapped together. They were crowded since everyone waits to eat until after sunset. The handmade pizza was delicious. The staff members were helpful, patient and very... More

Arrived at Bryce Lodge after dark on a Saturday evening. Had read reviews here and as this is the only restaurant in the area we decided to have pizza and bypass Ruby's store for dinner supplies. We had spent the day hiking and visiting canyons and were looking forward to a "good" pizza. We were spending the night at the... More

This is the only open place in the national park in the winter. It's a small place with a limited menu. The pizza was served quickly (we were the only ones dining at the time) and was pretty good. Ok to eat here maybe once or twice but you'll be better off going to Bryce Canyon City for more choices.

I think the staff really help make this the five stars. Both the young girl and gentleman chef were friendly and welcoming. There was limited choice on the menu but what we had (pizza) was very nice:

The food was a good size and was fresh made. The lady taking the orders was very nice. The food is a bit pricey at about 60.00 for 4 people with no alcoholic beverages. And one person only had soup. But you are paying a portion of those fees to the park. So at least it's going to a worthwhile... More

Crowded, but service was quick. Pizza was simple but tasty. Salad was fresh. Employees were cheerful. Parking was difficult due to snow pack.

My husband and I had lunch at Valhalla pizza after a 4 hours hike. The food is good and the service is very friendly. You have a choice of soups, salads, sandwiches and pizzas. Everything was delicious!
