Santon is a small restaurant in Yokohama Chinatown known for its tasty boiled dumplings. The cocunts sauce goes well with the dumplings, too!

That’s what is famous for. They serve water or fried dumplings which are fair to say quite good. Be careful that the restaurant closing early.
