Staff was courteous and attentive. Quiet and private dining experience and ambience. Little wait time between dishes. Had appetiser, soup, ohmi beef steak, garlic rice/beef tallow rice with green tea, dessert and drinks. Overall food was delicious and well prepared.

Visited with my fiancee and we both had the Hana set. Many different ways of cooking the beef were served - starter in slices, deep fried, steak, sushi rolls, etc. The staff were very courteous and we were able to communicate in English.

Had a great meal here and tried the Omi beef for the first time. Had it medium rare as recommended and it was soft and juicy. Our waiter was fluent in English. It was an enjoyable dinner. A bit costly but worth it.

Those who delight in shopping and cuisine will find
themselves at home in Shinkyogoku. Lauded and visited
by locals for its Nishiki Market, where baskets of
fragrant spices, dried fish, and just-fried foods are
piled high along the snaking streets of its enclosed

for fresh fare, but also for fast fashion fixes.
