I ordered the fish/tofu tempura fried, it looked exactly like the picture in the menu. Very tasty. Kids were able to find one thing that somewhat met their western tastes but there's not a lot of choice in that regard.

Relaxing cafe, nice ambience, spacious, non-smoking! They have a wide range of dishes with tea. And a lot of dishes and desserts are made with Matcha. We had a rice dish with pork and eggplant, had to pour hot tea over it, very tasty. They...More

One of the specialities in Kyoto is green tea and Hoji tea but it is not always easy to find a good tea salon to have tea. This place is wonderful for that and they also have some good and healthy food too. During lunch...More

Excellent food and great value for money! Went for the dinner course and every of the 7 dishes was delicious. Service and atmosphere was top notch, too.

The waiter didn't understand much English and got the order wrong and even forgot one main dish. The steak was good but the food was not hot when served. I would say average, but won't be back again.
