The only place rival this place, is Caldwells in Dunboyne. Lovely breakfasts, brunches and lunches and the open sandwiches are amazing. Great service and price Would recommend to all

Disappointed to say a portion of pancakes (3 small pancakes) a fruit scone and 2 coffees cost me €17.40 yesterday, these are city centre prices not small village prices regardless of the home-baked element, extremely bad value, won't be returning if prices stay this high.

I used to regularly eat here and enjoyed it. A few weeks ago the prices rocketed and unfortunately the standard of food and service dropped at the same time. There used to be a fabulous Australian Barista here and the coffee was always a pleasure...More

Caldwell’s is now a well established eatery and it’s no surprise. Firstly the staff are always very welcoming and efficient. The menu is varied and the food is gorgeous. The eggs Benedict is as good as you’ll get, not you usual 2 bulletproof microwaved trash...More

Prices have gone up in Dunboyne, and portions have reduced, i got brioche, two pieces of french toast and two pieces of streaky bacon, not exactly filling the plate. For the lemon and sugar pancakes....€9, now really! Its city centre prices!

I would go here every day if it didn't make me 10lbs heavier. Audrey has such a little gem of a cafe here, the food is so unique, the house grill is the best around, and her blueberry scones are to die for. Sometimes i...More

I'm sorry but the layout is dreadful, which doesn't matter if it isn't busy but it was busy when I visited. There are too many tables in the space. I did say the bread was nice - but it wasn't what I asked for and not what... More
