Best pizza bread in town.

We were craving for pizza and Gusto Pizza offered halal pizza to cure us of the cravings. We were exceptionally in awe of their awesome service, all of them came to the table to talk to us and also to explain about the pizzas that...were on the menu. It shows their passion with what they are making as well as taking care of their customers' needs. The pizza was delicious and we opted for the Chef's Tiramisu which also satisfied our tastebuds. Anthony offered us a tour of their kitchen but we politely declined as the place was teeming with orders and we did not want to disrupt their operations. However, they gladly joined us for a photo outside. 10/10 would recommend.More

Good pizza near Dongmen station. The staff here are very friendly and were trying to have conversations in English and French. Tried the tandoori chicken pizza with arugula and it is very good and saucy.

I've been in Taipei for a couple of months now, and I was dying for a good pizza. Gusto Pizza exceeded my expectations. From the friendly owner, to the delicious pizza, everything was amazing! Hopefully the place will be bigger soon! It's well worth a...visit, the crust isn't too big, makes it much more enjoyable to eat! I've been at least 3 times already, and it's good price/quality!More

We dropped into Gusto Pizza on the back of great reviews and upon seeing the gorgeous wood-fire oven adorning the front window, we knew we'd made a great choice. Pizza is a food of comfort, friends and family and what struck me most about Gusto...was that even before we ate; there was a wonderful welcoming atmosphere not just for our table, but the diverse range of diners that were already eating and then continued to join over the course of the meal. Families & friends from all walks of life showed off the best of both Taipei and Gusto as an International, family friendly place. We saw and heard diners from Japan, Taiwan, France, USA, UK (including myself) and I'm sure elsewhere all enjoying authentic food in an authentic, connected experience. This is one of the greatest achievements of Chef Bilal and his seemingly committed team. The other, is of course the Pizza. We ordered the Dennis Supreme & Hot & Spicy - a recurring theme of Beef & Jalapenos in our order. Yet when both arrived, our party of 3 were delighted that the delicate difference of the additional veggies on the Supreme made both quite unique in taste. The dough is traditionally Italian, seeing the Neapolitan Flour stacked aside the Kitchen area already had me excited, so the crunch and the crispiness is different to your average US/chain Pizza supplier but in all the best ways. Lastly, having loved every bite and feeling we must somehow order something extra, we slightly indulged our eyes over our bellies and went for the Nutella Calzone Dessert. I highly recommend it, however be prepared to take some away if you order in a smaller party like ours. As for the portioning, 2 Pizzas between 3 is great for sharing, however I personally could have easily finished one on my own, such is my love of Pizza and the work of Gustos. Lovely small space, which adds intimacy to your experience but might mean to perhaps call ahead on weekends, and we'll certainly visit again next time we're in Taipei.More

There is not a lot of great pizza in Asia - but this makes the grade. Thin fresh crust and nice ingredients. We had a riccy shroom, a marinara, sunny top, and a margherita. All were excellent. Friendly service. One bite, everybody knows the rules....Google said the place closes at two but we got served after two so worth checking if you are in the neighborhood.More

We weren’t planning to have pizza in Taiwan but our mouth were getting a bit bored with Chinese tastes so decided to give it a try. The pizza they serve is definitely one of the best in Taiwan, I don’t get this quality of pizza...easily even back home. Would’ve been a bonus if they had a chili oil instead of chili powder.More

This place is fantastic! I added jalapeños to the buffalo chicken pizza and recommend that. My friend had the number 7 and fell in love with the cheese and sauce. We both loved the base. Its a must go.

Travelled America, Italy and Asia with work. This place is without a doubt, the best pizza I’ve had without a doubt. Not too many seats in restaurant, but can always get a take away no problem. Great staff too!

I moved to Taipei about 3 months ago and I was looking for some good tasting pizza that reminded me of home. I'm originally from the NY/NJ area so I've had my share of good pizza. This place has great reviews so I had very...high expectations. I ordered my favorite, a margherita and was somewhat disappointed. The dough had a bit of a sour taste which I've rarely experienced and there were very few basil leaves. I thought Pizza Rock and Big Boyz Pizza had better tasting pizza and better value. I also had a small side salad and thought it was very average. Overall it was good, not great in my humble opinion.More

Coming from NYC, I have high expectations for pizza. I had the "Little New York Pizza" before and it was terrible, the Pizza Rock franchise is quite good but not excellent but the Gusto Pizza is my favorite even though it's more European than an...American pizza. In any case, the ingredients are super fresh and the owner Bilal is the nicest human being I have ever met. Love this guy. Food is amazing, service is wonderful, the atmosphere is great. I would recommend this place to anyone who is craving pizza.More

My friend told me Gusto Pizza is the place to go when craving for an authentic pizza in Taipei. So I went with 3 friends. All pizza are 12-inch thin crust and 4 of us shared 3 pies: Margherita, vegetable and chovy boy. Veggie and...anchovy pie are very good but Margherita was a little too sour and not enough mozzarella cheese. The place is small so reservation is recommended. Service is very good and staff (or owner?) are very friendly. As my friend said, if you want an authentic pizza in Taipei, this is the place to go.More
