The mahi mahi with capers was excellent and very reasonably priced. The seafood spaghetti with white sauce was also very good.

This little restaurant is a great find. Food is delicious, prices are inexpensive as well as the drinks and the place is immaculate! Our server was a gentle soul who spoke English. I was very impressed and would go back.

Great local spot serving an array of food types. My wife had the Red Snapper which was wonderful but the star of the night was the Sea Bass.

Family of 4 had a relaxing lunch in the plentiful shade at Sol y Mar. Service was friendly and the food was delicious. Great margaritas, casados, nachos, quesadillas. We are planning to return in just a few minutes.
