We had an excellent dinner with a group of friends which was great because they have both tasty Thai food and international dishes to appeal to our friends. I loved the moo hong pork belly, thai salads, crab curry (local specialty) and the prawn appetizer that is a southern thai speciality. stick to ice cream for dessert, the chocolate cake was so so for me but I am very picky about chocolate desserts.

This was the best "buffet" at a beautiful hotel we have ever had. It was a beautiful seafood and meat buffet with the highest quality and presentation I have ever seen. Chef Rossi was amazing and very friendly and personally explained the various choices. The quality of the sushi, oyster (in Thailand!) and cuts of beef were extremely high. Great wine list. We could tell right away that this Chef cared about our experience and that our meal would be incredible. Thank you so much! A real highlight of our dining experience during our two weeks on Phuket.

My husband and I chose Silks for my birthday dinner , I can honestly say the food was up there as the most tasty i have ever had ! We both had steak and thoroughly enjoyed it , really delicious and flavoursome, we ordered just a couple of sides between us which was plenty as the food is very rich and filling.
fabulous service with staff that actually seem to enjoy their job as opposed to being obligated to being there!
A lovely rendition of happy birthday for me from them and complimentary sweet with candles!
Though not the cheapest in comparison to the local restaurants you truly are getting value for money as the quality of produce is top notch ....
We certainly shall return and thank you for a lovely evening x

I went to silk with a friend and we started with drinks and snacks by the pool bar and found the experience to be very relaxing and pleasant. Ball the staff by the pool kept always an eye on us ensuring we are well taken care off.
Later on we enjoyed our dinner at silk with a few small starters to share and a steak from the butchers menu recommended by chef Andrea. A wonderful experience and a spot on cooked steak. We left very late as we enjoyed a few more drinks by the pool bar after dinner and did not get the chance to thank Andrea and tang for their wonderful service provided. We will be back !

After reading up on Silk, went there on a Saturday night for an amazing meal. Not crowded but most likely due to current pandemic and people not travelling.
Setting is amazing, including entry to resort and tables well separated.
Food is authentic Thai, delicious, well presented with the option for how spicy you want it.
Highly recommend noting it is not cheap but go if you can afford

the restaurant is located in Andara resort. Nobody would noticed that there is a restaurant because it's located on the second floor by the pool. I would recommend to come late afternoon and enjoy happy hour by the pool. The view was spectacular and staff is very friendly and always smile although there may be some language barrier but still willing to understand.
Later that night, don't forget to have dinner in the restaurant. They provide wide range of dishes from Thai to Italian. My personal opinion is the food for everybody. It tastes flavorful and enjoyable even for spicy dishes. Staff service is friendly. Manager will come to talk to you asking your satisfactions.

Made my reservation 4 days in advance. Made a point of it being a special evening and asked for one of the best tables, with a nice view in a quiet area. I had been to the original Silk in Surin many times years ago, knew the owner and the chef from Hong Kong and we were always more than pleased. Upon arrival in the new location we were greeted by an elderly, indignant woman that acted like we werent welcome because we werent hotel guests or people that didnt belong in her hoity toity establishment. Miss Charm proceeded to seat us in the middle of the dining room, with a distant view and next to a table of 6 even though there was nobody else in the entire place. When we left there were people at only two other tables. Its a beautiful restaurant and the service was very good. The food was mostly good but my lasagna was terrible. The cheese on top was burnt and the filling was so dry I couldnt eat it. My waiter told me he would tell the chef, but I guess he wasnt big enough to come and hear his food wasnt very good. I will never go back and unless you are a guest at the hotel be prepared to be treated like you dont belong there.

Had a great dinner with friend on the night after Christmas
Price was reasonable (comparison with Bangkok) but with very very good taste and quality.
The FB Manager K’ Kantorn was very attentive, friendly, and always made sure our food is served on time despite the busy hour at the restaurant!
Will recommend this place to friends and family on our next visit in Phuket.

My family and I recently celebrated my father's birthday there, and we had a wonderful experience.
The buffet menu was extensive and included a wide variety of Thai dishes, from spicy curries to flavorful stir-fries. Everything was fresh and expertly prepared, with a range of options to suit all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes, which were cooked to perfection.
But the food was just one part of the experience. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, with an elegant and sophisticated vibe that made us feel like we were dining in a five-star hotel. And to make the occasion even more special, there was a traditional Thai dancing show that entertained us throughout the evening.
The highlight of the night, of course, was the birthday celebration for my father. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel special, with a personalized cake. It was a truly memorable experience that we will cherish for years to come. And actually, I made an online reservation on the same day morning and the staff perfectly arranged everything as well as possible! Great thanks again!

Situated in the Andara Resort & Residences the SILK is a very high end restaurant. We sat by the pool and were almost alone, there was another couple sat nearby. It is obvious how badly these really expensive are suffering with no rich Chinese or for that matter anyone who could afford their prices. The COVID-19 virus is hitting hard. Visit while you can.

Went here after long & hot day. Not having the time to change before arriving I felt VERY underdressed & bothered, but the waiter was quick after seating us with turning on a fan just for me. Coming late in the evening we even got our own little private area to sit. Every face we met in that location was happy & attentive. Especially our waiter was so kind & extremely helpful I barely had time to ask for anything before it was served. The food was immaculate. We had the Ravioli Al Fungi & some sort of slow cooked beef cheek in a delicious spiced sauce with potato puré (don't remember the name). Hard to decide a favorite fo those as they both were sooo delicious. For dessert we had Mango sticky rice & chocolate cake. The cake was good but the sticky rice.. WOW! Must try!
The drinks we had is another chapter, as they are on my top 3 list of BEST DRINKS in Phuket. If you're so lucky to be there when "Bella" is serving drinks then make sure to try several!

Absolutely delightful ! The ambiance, food, presentation, service and experience ate all excellent! All the ingredients are fresh and prepared with so much love and attention to details. The appetisers are gorgeous and delicious, pomelo salad is the best I have had in all my years. Satay , Pad Thai , Tom Yum and mango sticky rice 😊 Thai Iced Tea 💕 Especially to Kh Wara and an elderly and a younger gentleman who served our table, thank you! And to the delightful team in all. Be ready to be wowed and welcomed with warm smiles beginning at the front door of the hotel lobby to the entrance of the restaurant, the warm and delightful team will take care of your dinner and make sure you have a wonderful time. We had a very nice diner there, in an almost empty restaurant, due to the crisis situation. But the staff was very friendly and efficient ( Khun Siripong, Khun One ), our Ceasar salad perfectly fresh and tasty and the sea bass excellent and well cooked.. My wife and I stayed in andara resort. We had birthday dinner at the restaurant and we were amazed!!!
The service is excellent, they treated us with complimentary cake with candles. And the food... well we visited the top 5 other restaurants ranked in T.A ... nothing can be copmerred to the magician chef running the show. Must try the crab curry..you will tank me for that :)

It’s a lovely setting for a restaurant in one of the more upmarket resorts in Kamala. Our evening started a little bit oddly as they had no record of our reservation despite having sent me a confirmatory e-mail. That probably explained us being seated under an aircon unit which meant it was a somewhat chilly meal. The food was of a very good standard and the wine also good which is not always the case in Thailand. There were some local dancers entertaining us as it was a ‘Thai night’. I did find the service rather slow. There was one excellent young waitress who seemed in charge but she was having to manage a couple of young lads who frankly didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing. Would have liked a dessert but just got bored waiting hence only 4/5.
